I had them out for an estimate for a wooden shed. The inspector was completely honest with me and said they could treat the subterranean termites but from the damage he discovered, said it was past saving. I am getting the house treated and signing up for an every other month follow up. Although it was not the news I wanted to hear, I appreciated his honesty and decided to go with the house being treated due to the proximity of the shed to the house and then every other month.

They seem to have done a thorough job. however the issue has not been fully resolved. They say we have to give it six weeks for the products to work and they will return if the problem persists. My full recommendation will have to await till they return assuming they have to do so

The techs that came out were professional and quickly repaired any attic entry points, set traps and worked with me to schedule return visits. They located another entry point, a broken plumbing vent stack that should have been venting through the roof. I had roofer and plumbing tech repair and so far no more rats trapped or spotted.
