On Demand Pest Control

They were prompt at both service calls. This was a repeat service, a few months ago they did work at another location.

The fellow with on demand was efficent and helpful! He did a good job!

The technician was extremely polite, courteous, and very professional. I never write reviews, but the services provided where above and beyond my expectations. I hope other people will read this review and know that the company that they are hiring are extremely qualified to do the job at hand.

Had a terrible sugar ant problem outside in garden and patio. They were starting to come inside also. On demand came out and ants disappeared! So impressed signed up for same service every 3 months.

Initially, they were setting traps but were not catching rats. I was very upset . Apparently, because I had tried to catch rats with traps before I hired them the rats wised up to it. I didn't disclose this to them. Once they found out Chris the owner came by assured me he would get the job done and changed the method of treatment. Within a week the rats were gone. He was polite, answered texts and was at our home a few times to make sure the new methods were working. He followed up afterward to see if we were ok. A pleasure to deal with a worth the high ratings.

Very happy. The office has been on top of the quarterly reminders of the service to be scheduled, accommodating on site and quick to follow up after. Customer service is first class. And the people are easy to deal with. Way to go Home Advisor! On Demand is our to-go service for pest control.

On Demand was hired to get rid of bees living under the roof area. A few months later, bees came back in a nearby area. Although the warranty was up, they came back free of charge to eradicate the bees. On Demand cares about their customers and I recommend them highly.

I had them twice once for ants for guess what no more ants and once for bugs no more bugs come highly recommended by me I will use them again

I had bees under my shed, the guys came on time and sprayed , the bees persisted and the guy came back , now no bees so far , they honored their 90 day guarantee . I hope they don't need to come back but I'm sure they will if I need them too

I was very happy with this company. Professional, friendly and efficient. They came right away to get rid of the bee hive. And their fee was very fair, half of their competitors. I highly recommend them.

I live out of state and hired On Demand for my mom. They were always on time, or even early! Pleasant and thorough. They set a compliment of traps, inspected the exterior of the house to figure out where the little rascals were entering. They took photos and noted a few areas they could fix and a few we had to fix. Then, they returned and sealed up those areas (and sent photos of the secured spaces too) where mice were entering and returned to empty traps. It is tough to be out state and know mom was having issues. Jessica with On Demand was responsive and helpful on the phone throughout the process. Sleeping much better now knowing my mom's house is more secure!
