My first contact with the company occurred when I needed a WDO inspection. They came out and inspected my home. I inquired about the possibility of tenting my home. Chris, who did the inspection, didn t try to sell me on it and, in fact, said I didn t need it. He did suggest quarterly pest control which I have had in the past with other companies and was again considering. His honesty is why I gave him my business. He could have easily push tenting which is very expensive. I did set up about a week later for pest service. They gave me a 2 hr window to be at my home for service and that I would receive a call from the tech. The tech was very professional and did a thorough job. They did everything they said they would. If you re looking for pest service give them a shot.

We used On Demand to get a true professional inspection on a house being purchased. Their customer service has been amazing since the start and they came to the house exactly when they stated they would.

I had rats in my vegetable garden for 5 or 6 years. It was impossible to grow anything. But yesterday I harvested string beans for the second time this season and cherry tomatoes all season long. This was because the bait stations placed by On Demand worked and I live on a river with a vacant lot next door. I tried to get rid of the rats with all types of products and homemade remedies first. I recommend this company they were easy to deal with. Also good price.
