They did not get rid of the spiders that come into my bedroom at night they even came back a second time and whatever they sprayed did not work.

Very professional

The tech, Brian told me that in 3 days the roach problem would be just a bad memory & he was right. He came in explained what he was going to do, and proceeded to spray every nook & crazy in my apartment. Then, in the kitchen, where the roaches were spotted. He squirted bait on hinges in cabinets, in between shelf and lining and everywhere I told him I saw a bug. He explained what would happen. They will take this bait back to the nest by walking through it & all the roaches will die within 3 days. During that time if you see a bug, he will look drunk! He was right. I only spotted 5 tiny bugs after he left and they didn't move too much, but 3 days later there were none. One big giant Palmetto was uprooted from wherever he was hiding but I drenched him with raid till dead. Jessica, the phone rep was kind and understanding and able to calm me down from the panic I felt because of this infestation.

More thorough than previous exterminator

Pretty good! Job done in January 2020 came back for the second time a month later( second and final treatment) but, now November same problem is back!

Put me at ease. No one wants roaches whether it 1 or 100. The serviceman put his booties on asked me some questions and went to work. He covered everything. All my concerns were listened to and he told me what to expect. He assured me that it would all be in the past in 72 hours. Aside from 3 tiny bugs that were almost dead that I found a week later, he was right!
