We are a family owned Real Estate Investment company since 2005. We find distressed properties in the decent to good neighborhoods where people want to live and possibly raise their families. Our goal is to buy or sell our homes at a discount. We try to turn a house from rags to riches.

Our services help homeowners purchase their first home(s) and provide upgrades to a house that generally won't pass inspection. We also consult the buyers with the right options for home financing that can include addition funds for rehabs and upgrades (ex. FHA203K). Since we are real estate investors we are also open to those who wish to join us in a joint venture deal to generate a good return.
