Marvin was very professional and friendly from beginning to end and very patient with us as we were coming up with more things needing to be done. He was always on time and willing to put in the extra time staying later to make sure the project was completed with the time frame. His staff were all polite and courteous as well and had plenty of experience always explaining to us the process behind everything we were asking of us. The cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again!

The techs arrive with a binder full of over-inflated prices for general work like changing out a light switch, or replacing a light fixture. The tech was knowledgeable, but I felt bad for him because he had to listen to my laughter at the cost of repairs that he was quoting from his "fixed price list"

He installed some recess lights and exhaust fan in the bathroom and a ceiling fan in a different room. He discounted the $200 off the total price because it took him over the hour for the service. The service worked out fine but I felt the price of the deal was misleading. The deals are confusing for the consumer which is something that needs to be worked out with Angie's List.

On time, Made sure there wa an understanding of the work required, performed the work and cleaned up. Everything was completed to satisfaction.

We bought a big deal for $99 and used it to add an electrical outlet. They came, showed up on time, and did the work as promised. No complaints. I would use them again.

He came and they did some work for me. They were very professional and they did a very good job. They were expensive but they did a lot of work to do and the gentleman was very good. They came on time, he sat down, went over everything, what was bad, what he could do, the difference in the prices. He gave me a clear estimate of what was to be done. He did it and the house was clean and neat and he cleaned up after himself. He did a wonderful job. I was very pleased. He did everything I asked him to do. He did a good job. They were here on time, they were professional, they cleaned up after themselves, they did everything I asked them to do. I have no problem.

It was great! They were very responsive when I called, the gentleman arrived on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. He even cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated.

Electrician appeared competent and was curteus. There was an initial problem of not shutting down the breaker to one of my bedrooms before starting work which for some reason sent a surge to all the outlets in that room but luckily no damage to my computer. All in all, I have no reason but to consider the service excellent and would use again. The price was about double the $200 worth of services but I know electricians are expensive and he was there for several hours.

I did not get requested appointment times nor did I get a response to my requested times from the initial Angie's Big Deal purchase. After requested times/dates had lapsed, I contacted contractor. New appointment times were promptly established. They missed the morning appointment, but I was contacted and a new time was scheduled for the same day. The Electrician did arrive that afternoon (two hours late to the re-scheduled appt.) He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything, performed the work professionally and cleaned up after himself. The service and worked performed was good, but I felt the prices were higher than normal and the scheduling delays were not acceptable. Since both my wife and I work, taking time off to be at home for contractor's appointment is difficult. Timeliness is a key attribute to us.

PJ was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. He was very accommodating and polite. He only did part of the work, but that was because we were missing some parts. He also replaced some light bulbs for me.

It has been a week and the company has still not contacted me.

We had a couple of outlets that were not working. The service was good. They were very responsive and took care of the service right away. We appreciated their honesty, we asked them to check on an issue and they explained how we could fix it ourselves.

Had some minor electrical work I wanted to get done, purchased a "big deal" 2 hours of electrical work for $111. After buying the "big deal" This company didn't contact me as they were supposed to. I contacted them and set up an appointment two weeks in advance so wife could be home. Day progresses and no show. My wife called office and we weren't even on the schedule, eventually they got someone at the house at 4:30pm (a day wasted waiting). Tech got here and informed me there was a $29.00 diagnostic fee because I didn't know what was exactly wrong with post light...in addition to the $111 that I spent on the "big deal". The light post was a simple fix (done in 20 minutes) and he spent 20 minutes waiting for water heater timer (I purchased part, but it was wrong item in correct box. Luckily, I was home sick, so the wife went to the store and swapped out the part). The timer was a relatively straight forward swap (20 minutes). The tech was courteous and fixed the two items quickly, here was here on premises about an hour total. Besides the whole scheduling mishap and wasted time, I do have a bit of heartburn around the diagnostic charge policy (the principle of the matter), if I paid for two hours of an electrician's time and he was here for an hour...I think the diagnostic charge and remaining balance of time should have been a wash. Maybe I'm old fashioned, $111 feels right for the work done (which was very minor), $140 feels a bit gouged. To be fair to the provider, I recognize my accountability here. I did agree to pay the diagnostic charge. It seemed easier to spend an additional $29 than calling the day a total loss, start the cycle of finding another provider, arranging more time off work, and going through Angie's List or my credit card company to get a refund on an unused coupon. As they say, convenience has a price. In the end, I don't think this "big deal" was really a deal at all.
