From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive and they always answered us in a timely manner. The quality of their products is unmatched, the installation was efficient and they were not like other companies that often leave unfinished work. We had already tried all the windows and doors in these recent hurricanes and there’s no licking or anything. So we’re happy. I recommend LockTight for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality windows & doors.

I recently hired Lock Tight for a window installation in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.

LockTight put in a great product at a fair price. There were some definite issues we had, including issues with cutting anchors for dorrs that weren't supposed to be cut. I can definitely say they worked to resolve them and they should be commended for working to get it done. A large company as them can be an advantage. I can definitely do without Jeff though. He's not so nice on the phone.

Stay away from this company. I have been trying to get my roof done for 6 months now. Their customer service is horrible; they all blame each other for their mistakes. I'm an adjuster and work with contractors all the time. This has been the most horrible experience, so do yourself a favor and do not do any work with this company. YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I HAVE.

This company is THE MOST unscrupulous company out there. I live in a gated community and there are several signs posted that soliciting is not allowed and what do they do? Every time they are working a job in my community, they give their staff members door tags to walk around and solicit new business. I tried calling to speak to the owner, but they transferred me around to voicemails and had a staff member argue with me that the only way to rectify the situation would be to send an email. No, the only way to rectify the situation is to get the police involved. Once your employees start getting arrested for trespassing, then you'll start to understand that YOU NEED TO STOP BREAKING THE LAW! Update: Just realized, after reading other reviews of very upset homeowners, that this is their MO. One wrote: "if you can't trust them to obey a simple rule, how can you trust that they will properly follow instructions on the project of your home? How can you trust them to follow a contract." Very true. Buyer beware!

Locktight did an amazing job installing the new impact front door at my home. They took care of all City and HOA permits and inspections. I am glad I hired them and will sure look for them next time I have a project in my house. I will highly recommend them for any home improvement projects.

Lock-tight Windows and Doors is an exceptional company, we contracted them to replace our windows, doors, and 3 garage doors with impact with 7/16” low E tinted glass. We found a few discrepancies with our signed contract due to the writer's mistakes. They immediately addressed these concerns and issues and worked with us to correct them to our satisfaction. I recommend you have Lock-Tight Windows and Doors come and give you an estimate, they beat every other company that gave an estimate including our garage doors. One-stop company.

Great company. Their installation team arrived on time and went to work immediately. Their process was impressive and all windows and doors were installed in three days. The company even had a foreman on site for the job. Once the inspections were completed a company representative came to correct any issues and then complete all the finish work, which was done very professionally. They were the right company for the job. From start to finish the handled everything permits dealing with HOA (thank God) Everthing went as planned the instalers showd up in the morning and compleated all the indowns in one day they were very professional and kept us informed as the were doing the instaltion . every inch of my house was covered with plastic wich kept everything clean. when the finished you could not tell they were even here. picked up every scrap and cleaned up everything If you want a great product at a fair price call LockTight Windows and doors . they are already doing 3 other homes in my development
