Fast and efficient work. Customer service was was great as well they always communicated with us through the process.

From sales to installation to inspection, everything was as quoted or promised. If I had any questions, they were answered immediately and I didn’t receive any kind of runaround or issues

Overall, I had a great experience with lock tight, starting with Ricky, when he came to the house we sat down and explained the whole process thoroughly. Everything went smooth with the installation team, they are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible. They took 2 years to install my doors and gave me faulty screens. After agreeing to replace the screens, they never did. They made me pay in full before finishing the project. STAY AWAY !!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS! Signed contract last year, install was in February and still my job is not finished. I have leaking windows, distorted glass, missing parts and the caulking job is HORRIFYINGLY BAD (even after redoing). They left holes and cracks in the drywall. 2 windows were installed incorrectly and had to be reinstalled. An exterior door they installed leaked water into my garage and master bedroom closet as it was not sealed properly. They left they job site for the night during the install and left gapping holes open to the outside. The list goes on! They were no shows for a few appointments including the inspection where the inspector left because of missing paper work and no one was there to meet him. It is my opinion that you stay far away from this company. Once they have your money they don't care. Yes their pricing was good but you get what you pay for here.

I am so pleased with Lock Tight Impact Windows & Doors from sales to installation. The Salesman Andrew Ursache in particular. I carefully researched three highly recommended Impact glass companies and Andrew was the only one that came extremely well prepared with answers to all my questions. He aided and recommended the best avenue for us to go ahead. And then along came Ken Berman, quality control, Ken made sure that I understood every step of the process, and then the installation team, some of the best around. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire team at Lock Tight. I have never dealt with so many fantastic people that took customer service to the topmost level. Locktight did such a good job with my impact windows I had to double back to get my metal Roof installed by them as well there very informative and customer service friendly and the work is A1, I know it's a reach but I wish they did pools as well that's my next project, because I totally trust them anyone looking to do impact windows,doors or Roofing look no further LOCKTIGHT IS THE BEST

Everything was excellent, form the salesman Sean, the measuring crew, the office personell that set up the install date, to the install crew that installed 9 windows in 1 day. Amazing!

On July 24, 2024 installers for Lock Tight Company arrived to install windows and doors in my home. I was impressed to see the installers prepare the rooms with plastic covers on the furniture in order to limit the dust exposure. Both Installers were skilled in removal with little damage to the opening and installation was seamless. I also received a phone call from the Project Manager to ensure the installation was going as planned and if there were any issues to not hesitate to call him. Overall experience has been great so far
