LockTight Impact Window.. Post From start to finish everything they said was honest and on point. I had 3 different window companies come out and give me a price. I went with Lock Tight. Timelines and expectations were all dead on. From the day I ordered the windows to installation was about 2 months. Bill won me over with sales and Ken the director of opps who oversees the project manager was always available with any questions. My windows and sliders were installed within 2 days and I couldn't be happier. Our home is basically soundproof. My dogs can't even hear the mailman or UPS dropping off packages. Overall, I had a great experience with lock tight, starting with Ricky, when he came to the house we sat down and explained the whole process thoroughly. Everything went smooth with the installation team, they are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible. They took 2 years to install my doors and gave me faulty screens. After agreeing to replace the screens, they never did. They made me pay in full before finishing the project. STAY AWAY !!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS! Signed contract last year, install was in February and still my job is not finished. I have leaking windows, distorted glass, missing parts and the caulking job is HORRIFYINGLY BAD (even after redoing). They left holes and cracks in the drywall. 2 windows were installed incorrectly and had to be reinstalled. An exterior door they installed leaked water into my garage and master bedroom closet as it was not sealed properly. They left they job site for the night during the install and left gapping holes open to the outside. The list goes on! They were no shows for a few appointments including the inspection where the inspector left because of missing paper work and no one was there to meet him. It is my opinion that you stay far away from this company. Once they have your money they don't care. Yes their pricing was good but you get what you pay for here.
