Hello, when looking for a company to install impact window and doors. You need to hire nothing but the best !!! When I was looking around I had knew I needed a company that could handle my busy life style and work life. From the sales appointment, til the End of my install. By far the Rocked! The install team was awesome, and helpful, and very trust worthy while I worked during the day! The office always kept me on the loop on progress and what was next. Any questions there where able to answer in a flash with either a call or a email! To wrap this up….. They cleaned up the best way they can, and remember there will be minor dust due to them covering as best they can. Recommend to have your AC off while they work, and purchase 3-4 filters to not damage your AC inside unit with dust. Have a mop, vacuum and great mop soap. Vacuum first, and then mop, mop, mop and wipe stuff down. Check your yard for minor item such as glass, screws, and any debris from the demo work. These guys work fast and clean as possible by far. This is my second impact job I’ve done. A this company by far killed it! Thank you Impact Window Team! Recommend you always! Mr.B

On-time, professional, and awesome service. Joel and his team covered all my furniture in the room and appliances in the kitchen to help with the dust in the house. The crew was very considerate of my situation with my mom being bedridden in one of the rooms. After finding out one of the door frames was too short Joel told me and called to get a replacement as soon as possible. Billy, Ken, and Brian were very responsive to my calls. The installation started today. General contractor, Adam, and his team arrived on time. They behaved professionally and were able to face some difficulties presented during the installation. So far everything has been as promised. The company's Quality Assurance Director, Ken, has been in contact with us several times, prior and on the installation day. He has been diligent making sure we have all the information and contact numbers we need. We are looking forward to see our project finished soon !!

We did a whole house impact window and door replacement. The entire process was smooth. The entire process from ordering, to installation was top notch with great communication at each step. LockTight Impact Window.. Post From start to finish everything they said was honest and on point. I had 3 different window companies come out and give me a price. I went with Lock Tight. Timelines and expectations were all dead on. From the day I ordered the windows to installation was about 2 months. Bill won me over with sales and Ken the director of opps who oversees the project manager was always available with any questions. My windows and sliders were installed within 2 days and I couldn't be happier. Our home is basically soundproof. My dogs can't even hear the mailman or UPS dropping off packages.
