Contacted this company after Process went mostly smoothly with some hiccups along the way but were corrected by the company when brought up. They price matched the competition when requested. whole process took about 5-6 months. I would recommend their services.

Lock-Tight was very professional starting with the email response all the way to the call I received post inspection. The team was available to answer all questions and provided the guidance such a big purchase requires. Multiple people have praised the windows and the work.

The service was very good and the installation was quick and easy. We didn’t give a full five star review because there was a mix up on the type of door we wanted. We wanted to install a keyless entry but the type of door we have cannot accommodate it. Make sure you know what type of door you want and that it is written in the contract. That being said the customer service rep went above and beyond to satisfy our request and helped us resolve in other ways. The windows and doors look beautiful. Yes I can honestly say I recommend them.

The Locktight workers that were assigned to remove the old roof were very nice and at the end of the day they cleaned up all the debris that fell around the house. I was very pleased with the process.

Locktight did a great job installing our hurricane and UV doors and windows. They were professional, fast, and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Then they followed up to make sure we were totally happy. And the product is everything they said it is. We are saving on our energy bill and the insurance company loves them too. We got a nice discount on our policy.

From their project manager David Gutierrez to their permits team, they all work diligently to ensure all permits were processed, and once they were approved they immediately contacted me to set up the replacement. The price I got was by far the best out of several estimates and they have several financing options that work very well

Our inspector actually commented on how outstanding the installation was. We are extraordinarily happy with the final product. It is not a quick process, but the communication was great. I was very impressed with the work done by Lock Tight Impact windows!!! The guys were amazing, very professional and did the work in 2 days (17 windows and the front door - which looked amazing - specially at night!). They covered the furniture with plastic to protect it from the dust and debris. After the first day the crew cleaned up and informed me of their progress and let me know that they will finished the job the next day. I am very happy with the work done and will not hesitate to recommend them. Great price and definitely great value!!! David Navarro
