LockTight Impact Windows, Doors & Roofing

LockTight installed impact windows and a large sliding door on my two story home. Installation took only 3 days, and in a clean and organized manner. Furniture was covered while working, keeping dust as controlled as possible. The windows have completely transformed my home, highly recommended.

I'm on the first of three steps of having two impact doors installed. The installers were very nice and good workmanship. So far I am very pleased.

Great service! This crew showed up to work! We had about 8 people working on our home, these gentlemen came in, worked the entire time and cleaned up everything when they where done. This team was extremely professional and made sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly before leaving. Definitely recommend.

From the moment I signed the contract till the end of the project which is the final inspection it took 6 to 12 weeks… very fast!!! The quality of their product is the best of the best… the office staff is always willing to cooperate with you in every way. I had an issue with a missing piece and they handled very well and professionally, giving me all the assistance and support to provide everything we signed for. The installers worked like a well tuned symphony completing the job ahead of schedule, organized, and knowledgeable… I Recommend them 100% with my eye closed.

Ok, our journey with LockTight went full circle! It went from 5 star to 1 star and closed as a solid FIVE STAR!! For starters, EVERYONE (except one person) at LockTight was amazing! From Paul B, to Billy S to Ken B, top notch professionals! The workmanship done on my home was perfect and the value for the quality was unbearable by any of the 8 companies we received quotes from. One sour person at the company damped the experience BUT as soon as I told Billy and Paul about the one extremely rude individual on their staff, they fixed the issue! I would HIGHLY recommend LockTight for your window and door projects!!!

Installed new impact front door for us. Friendly and professional service from all employees. The installation crew were absolutely fantastic. They set up a dust barrier and worked so efficiently and in just a short time had the new front door installed in a beautiful and elegant manner. The door looks awesome, we couldn't be happier. First off, I am extremely pleased with my impact windows and French door they are beautiful compared to the 30-year-old windows. The sound barrier is awesome! The installers did a awesome job. The entire process went smoothly. However, the biggest problem I had was not one of the installers spoke any English. Why would a high rated company have no one on sight that can communicate with the customer clearly? The project manager stopped by and left. Neighbors passed by asking for company information and the installers indicated ‘no speak English’. There was no company information in the truck to indicate what company was doing the job. I spoke to the project manager and indicated they should at least place a sign in the yard until the project was completed because they could be losing potential customers since my home was the only house in the neighborhood updating 30-year-old windows.
