The job went off without a hitch from beginning to end , the owner Ken Fernandez came out to my home as scheduled and gave me several alternative ideas to deal with my old exposed beam ceiling , that had no insulation , I settled on tongue and groove , Ken also suggested that we dispose of the old pop corn ceiling that was in the hallway and kitchen and apply a new knockdown texture , I agreed. The quality of the work was exceptional , Ken"s son Ken Jr. did the ceilings , the crown and the painting , Iwas happy my wife was delighted . I would definitely recommend this company without reservation .

We have had the pleasure of hiring Kenco Builders to install new crown molding, along with window and door casings through out our home. The completed project totally changed the look of the interior of the house. The quality of their work was excellent and we would surely recommend them to anyone.

KenCo Builders was referred to me by a friend that had a new custom home built by them and they were completely satisfied from beginning to end. I called Kenco Builders for a bid to do renovations to our older home in Fort Lauderdale. We are absentee owners, and wouldn't be present during most of the construction phase, so trust and security was an important issue. After checking out more of their references and getting two additional bids from other companies I hired KenCo. The price was fair, their reputation is sterling and the fact that they did not require a deposit made me feel comfortable. We started with exterior doors, impact windows and crown modeling and as the job went on we added wood floors, baseboards and knockdown ceilings. The quality of their workmanship was superb. Anytime my wife and I were on the job there was never a mess. Our home was always neat and clean and most importantly it was secure. These guys are truly craftsmen and I recommend them highly. I have recently recommended them to a family member in Plantation and am presently receiving positive feedback. Not only does the owner, Ken Fernandez, run a tight ship he is fair and honest and a pleasure to deal with.

THE WORKERS WERE NICE AND RESPECTFUL, BUT I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THE OVERALL FINISH OF MY HOME WAS HORRIBLE. THINGS WERE NOT COMPLETED CORRECTLY.
