While the office staff was friendly and responsive, and the crews arrived timely, they did not know how to (or did not care to) pitch two of the gutters properly. Instead of running toward the downspout the water comes out the other side of the gutter, further ruining the bay windows. My handyman confirmed not pitched right. The company came out and said it was because the gutters were dirty and offered to send someone out for $150 to clean them. I had them professionally cleaned on my own, but next rain showed what he should have known: they are not pitched right, sending water in wrong direction, and straight onto my house facade, while the clean downspout received 0 water. Paid someone else 350 to cut and repitch two of the eight gutters on my own.

The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and finished in just a few hours. The original quote had had wrong measurement, and some parts of the roof could not be accessed, so the quote was reduced according to the reduced linear footage, which was a welcome surprise. After one rain, I could see that where two roof lines met we needed to bridge a gap that would damage my French window, so I called the company and they fixed it right away.

This is the second time I've used Gutter it Up. Last time was a dream. This time we got off to a rocky start as they had the wrong phone number and I had to call the estimator and the office a few times to make sure they corrected it on all forms. The guys that installed the gutters were professional, courteous and knowledgable.

It went very well. Looks good . Very happy with their work.

They are fine. They do a good job. I have used them before. The worker was great. They just sometimes take a long time to get here. It is not like the next day or something.

The first installation was not very good. The ownder met me and said he would corredct the situation at no cost to me. This was done within 7-10 days and now I would hire no one else for gutters except Gutter it Up. They do business the right way.

They were very prompt and friendly. Dan called and showed up on time. I did not end up hiring them as Dan explained that they don't work on "Super Gutters" (I didn't know that there was even such a thing) (for other Angie's List customers reading this review, the main difference between a super gutter and seamless gutters is that Super Gutters are structural and much heavier guage aluminum or thicker so they can support the weight and downward forces from the beams of a pool or screen enclosure.) I only wish I would've known this prior to having Dan come out so as not to waste his time or mine. They should've asked this prior to coming out, which they did not.

Upon their initial visit it was determined that prior to the installation of gutters a piece of wood needed to re replaced. Once that was done and I called them back, I was scheduled and completed in a matter of days. The office staff (Lauren) puts a smile on everyone's face and the actual installers were courteous, prompt and cleaned up every tiny piece of debris from the area. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

It went very well, they were extremely professional. There was a mistake made with the original billing, but they honored their quote. The guys that did the installation were just great and took their time explaining and going over each bldg. with me. I am very pleased with everything.

.Give me a honest estimate because I found that other companies that I got estimates from you know were more than $200 less so that becomes like close to $300. That becomes a deciding factor because that's a lot of money difference.

All went well, contractor was very flexible regarding change of location of gutters without hesitations or any additional charges.

Scheduling was super easy. Estimator was on time and very friendly, honest and sincere. Scheduling the installation was even easier, I watched the installers remotely on my cameras and the guys do not play around, very serious, very professional. I didn't like the way some of the things came out and they sent someone out the next day to make sure everything was to my liking. Overall, I couldn't ask for more from a company. I'm very happy with the work they did and will recommend them 100%.

They did a fine job installing seamless gutters. We have had several heavy rains since the new gutters were installed and they had identified all points were additional splash plates would be needed. Everything is as I wished.

They set an appointment for a an estimate on a Friday and never showed up. I took off from work for this appointment. They tried to reschedule but wanted me to work around their schedule and did not try to accomodate me. Bad first impression.

Very well done. Color is perfect. Use of non visible hangers a plus to overall appearance. Installers very professional. It has rained quite a bit since install and the guttering does what we wanted it to do. We have received several compliments.

Val personally provided an estimate for the parts needed and labor/installation after taking a tour around our home and pinpointing our needs. He provided a color sample so that we could choose a specific color for the gutters and a different color for the downspouts to match the house. Once we were ready, his staff was great on follow-up (we had to wait until the roof was done) and were quick to respond to any of our questions. They provided the contract via the internet and we signed it using DocuSign (something "new" for us). When the work was completed, Val reviewed it with us. Needless to say, the process was an easy one because of this company's efficiency!

AWESOME!! Starting with the front office answering questions and making the appointments, to the installer and all the way up to the top CEO; they were all amazing!! The office staff was very helpful, fast and professional. The installer was there when they said they would be, gave us all the information to make our best decision of the type of gutter we needed and was there on time to get the work done. Even though the work was top notch, the CEO followed up via email as well as personally called to make sure we were happy and everything met our expectations. You don't get that kind of service anymore so I was very pleased to see a company take so much pride in their company. I've already recommended them to several friends and neighbors. Two Thumbs WAY up for this company!!!

Val was both extremely knowledgable and professional. Asked for and received two estimates at the same time as free estimate. The day of installation was stress free. Two man crew arrived early. They completed the job in approximately an hour. The crew communicated well and were quick and efficient cleaning up after themselves. I found the service provided to be of high quality.
