Description of Work: Slow on returning calls. Business claims they are too busy due to the holiday season. The next appointment would be in at least two weeks. They are too busy. Clearly they have too much business. I personally would not use them. But you make your own decisions.

Dear [member name removed], Lets start with the facts: You emailed us on the 9th of November (after business hours) requesting an estimate for the upcoming Friday the 14th. We responded to you the next business day via email (11/10) stating that would not be possible because we are extremely busy at this time. You then responded via email- the same day (11/10) with an additional date for Monday the 17th. To eliminate going back and forth with emails our office contacted you by phone to set up a date that would worth for both of us. We left a message because you did not answer your phone and it took you TWO DAYS to call us back. At this point, I am trying to figure out where in our correspondence so far have we been “slow on returning calls” as you stated in your review. When you called us back, the office notified you that realistically it will probably be about two weeks to get out to your area to give you an estimate. This is due to our seasonal holiday rush. It seems like there is a sense of urgency on your end to get the gutter work done, that is why based on the scheduling our office provided you with, gave you the option to call around and try to get another company out to your home sooner. I don’t understand why you are taking your frustration out on us and slandering my company online if we have done nothing wrong. The 99 A-rated reviews speak for themselves about the quality of our work and the customer service that we provide. As the saying goes- Patience is a virtue!
