A technician came over, measured up, said the company will quote by the week-end. It never did. It seems Angie's List is getting as bad as Home Advisor... You should stay away fro this company..

We highly recommend!! They are very professional and reasonable proxies with great workmanship. The rep Jason was on time and very helpful with his recommendations. Once they scheduled our time of installation they came on time and completed the job with no delays. I have not had any rain but I’m sure the gutters will be good.

The experience with Gutter It Up was great. The estimator came out on time and was very professional and courteous. He asked questions about what we were looking for and took special care with an area where a downspout needed to come near our pool equipment. When the installers came (right on time) they were also very professional and courteous. In particular, they advised a smaller downspout in the pool equipment area which looks better and takes up less space. I appreciated that attention to detail and he also saved us some money! It all looks beautiful and we appreciated their efforts.

I needed a small gutter repair job, and quickly, as our painters were just about ready to start their job. Gutter It Up was able to fit the work into their schedule before our painters started. The technician, Manny, was punctual, skilled, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I just had my gutters installed today and could not wait to write a review about Gutter It Up. After obtaining three estimates, I decided to utilize Gutter It Up, and I'm glad I did. I would like to commend the owner for hiring such a team of professionals!! The experience began with a call from Mike, the Sales Rep. He was extremely courteous, knowledgable and provided good recommendations. He was very patient and answered my texts with several questions. I consider him a great addition to the team. On the day of the installation, Carl and Rich arrived on time. Upon arrival, they walked me around the house and educated me on where the rain chains and downspouts would be placed. In addition, confirmed the colors I had chosen. The gentlemen were very professional and represented the company very well. Mike called to ensure everything was going well. I also had the pleasure to speak with Lauren who was very helpful and booked the installation timely, before the start of my new job. The gutters look beautiful and well done, and can't wait for the first rain. I couldn't have had a better experience and will definately recommend Gutter It Up!!!

I called to request estimate and was told that I would receive a call back that afternoon to schedule a time, worst-case scenario within 24 hours (wording used by person who took my information). Did not call for 5 days. Set up a time for estimate and they never showed. He finally called an hour past the scheduled appointment and gave excuses such as busy, behind due to weather. I said ok, should have called me in advance to let me know. Then finally said he was in accident. Poor customer service.

Had our roof replaced and needed replacement gutters, downspouts and additional gutter and downspout where that was needed. Took a quick look at Angie's List, and picked Gutter It Up based on customer satisfaction, and amount of reviews. I read many of the responses they made to the relatively few who had issues, and saw that the complaints were handled individually (no form letters) by Val Soltes, who is the owner. The day after our roof passed final inspection, Mike the field rep, came by and we spent about half an hour walking the perimeter while Mike took measurements, asked about preferences for downspout locations and provided technical information on installation techniques and recommended maintenance. He was professional and patient, and answered all my questions as they came up. When we were done, Mike explained that due to the endless rainstorms, scheduling a specific day for installation might not be practical, but would definitely be done during the week of June 18. He said his office would call as soon as they had a specific day. With that understanding, I signed off on the deal. We got a call on the 20th and two days later Ian and Carlos arrived mid morning ready to do the install. I greeted them, went to look at the seamless gutters that had been carefully placed in their very large truck along with some machinery for any needed on site fabrication. Both guys looked and acted professionally. They walked the perimeter, made notes and then began the installation. Part of the install involved working in a courtyard filled with cactus plants that were more than fifteen feet high, and pretty dense. In two areas they were only inches away from where the gutters were to be installed. They managed those parts by working from the roof instead of the ground. They acted like they had done this dozens of times and that gave me confidence in their professional abilities. It took several hours to complete the work, and inspect it. They asked me to approve the work before putting away their equipment. I told them they did a great job and it was a pleasure having them do the installation. They then walked all areas they had worked in, and collected any debris. The place was spotless, everything lined up, sloped, and plumb where appropriate. When it was all said and done, I wrote the check, and Ian and Carlos rode off into the sunset. I'd recommend Gutter It Up for gutter work of any kind. Everyone I met or spoke with was professional, qualified, and very customer friendly.
