Having lived here for 45 years and undergone tenting many times previously, I can confidently say that Guardian is the best. I have used Guardian Termite & Pest Control Inc. for over 10 years. I pre-paid for services, and when I decided to no longer use their service, I was not able to receive a refund. My husband and I have called their office and spoken to Jennifer more than six times, trying to find out the status of my refund of $945.00. I have been told that only Robert Kidwell can write a refund check when he is in the office, and he is not in the office. Jennifer does not know when he will be back because he is out getting new clients. I informed Jennifer that I would be taking my request to social media until I received my refund. She said that was okay with her. Do not do business with a company that will not refund your money when it is paid in good faith.

Very professional, reasonable & excellent reviews. Excellent BBB rating. Very honest to inform that only 1 side of house had fascia damage due to termite infestation & rest was water damage. Will schedule treatment in a couple of weeks.

Right from the beginning starting from the quote and throughout the job Patrick from Guardian turned up on time. He was professional, informative and reasonably priced.... He made us aware of some issues that some of the competitors completely missed. He jumped right up into the crawl spaces and examined all the nooks and crannies so there were no hidden surprises when the job started. His team were very efficient and went above and beyond to get the job done. I would recommend Guardian to anyone considering Attic restoration and / or pest and termite control .
