+ -1 moreInspection was performed meticulously like a property surgeon. Thanks to Michael, my contract was revised and purchase price was drastically reduced due to certain problems the seller was unaware of and lacked maintenance.
Description of Work: Utilized his expert experience to inspect every important aspect of my investment by physically going in every room and looked in every corner and searched for evidence of leaks, electrical issues and any trace of mold and mildew. Tested water pressure, capability and efficiency of A/C, humidity levels of concrete in garage, stress cracks in concrete and foundation, etc... Very knowledgeable in all equipment operating your home and some. Surprising to see that this company made me feel like they were doing there task as they were going to buy this home for there own family. I like that! Integrity and dedication to its fullest. Thank you Michael.

Description of Work: I recieved a home inspection from GNM Hough Inc. They are the best! Very professional they did a great job. They looked over every inch of the housethat I was intrested in buying and answered my qiestions honestly. The inspection report was very detailed and eay to read and understand. I would reccomend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
