It went great, Brian and his team aim to please. They are always available when you need them. They did everything they said they would do and more. If you are looking for a company you can trust it is Florida Palm Construction.

The new section of fence looks exactly the same or better than the original fence. Contractor Brian Fay replaced the cement lion on a pillar which looks exactly like the very old damaged lion. Hurricane Irma came ferociously but could not knock down anything Florida Palm had worked on. Irma did topple huge trees around us but Brian's work has stood the hurricane test. In the attached picture you can see just some of the debris the work had to contend with.

Florida Palm - Brian and Ileana - are exceptional for GGs. Brian always ran on time for appointments and he completed the work earlier than projected. He and Ileana were always accessible by phone and email - I would never have to follow up to receive a response. He ran late once and called to notify me ahead of time - very rare for GCs. And his pricing was fair. If I ever have a job again, I hope that Brian will be able to fit me in and give me a good price because I know that he is going to get busier and busier because of how good a job he does.

Absolutely terrible. Brian built about 25% of outdoor kitchen and a pergola in my backyard without permits or plans that the city is now making me tear down because nothing is done in code. Very disheartening...paid in full to contractors....and I'm almost 1 year with this mess in my backyard and city siting me. Now there is no communication. Just an off from Brian Fay to tear down the work and waive him from any liability. Be careful who you hire people. I paid in full to these contractors...I don't have 1 appliance, all done wrong...and now have to tear down work.

I had a pipe burst in the kitchen and once I was finished with the plumbers and water mitigation people Brian Fay, Florida Palm Construction, was recommended to me for the last required construction work. I am grateful for the referral! Brian and his co-worker were prompt, efficient and paid attention to detail. He always answered the phone (a plus in my book) and showed up when he said he would (another plus) and his work was excellent and swiftly completed. He took the few suggestions I made to heart and found a way to make them work. I will not hesitate to use him again for any construction needs I have and highly recommend him to anyone else looking for good quality and prompt work, both large and small.

Everything went very smooth. They kept to their time line originally stated when he gave us the estimate. Quality of work was excellent. Unlike other general contractors I've used in the past Brian did not miss a single one of my phone calls which for me is a big deal. There is nothing worse than having a half finished construction job and not being able to get a hold of your gc to see what's going on.

Brian is honest and has fair prices. Punctual. Excellent end results. Would definitely use again.
