Technician arrived fast and promptly. Once at my house, he was able to diagnose the problem right away and get the repair completed. The price of the repair was very good. Saved a lot of money.

Hector offered to come within 1/2 hour of my phone call - I told him I needed more time and could he come in an hour instead - incredible. He was incredibly honest and told me it would be more economical to buy a new stove instead of repairing the broken cooktop - he then called me later when he found the identical model at a local appliance store. I have never encountered a repair person who is this honest. He could have made a lot of money on this job if he wasn't upfront about the pro/cons of repair vs. replace. I will use him again if anything comes up and will definitely recommend him. So nice to deal with a true professional.
