Nothing was labeled and any breaker box which the inspector should have caught and didn't, and breakers are put in which don't make a lot of sense. My husband had to redo some things. I would be afraid to put anything on the one wall where the electrical is because they were supposed to have bundled that and condensed it instead of having it just loose, which is also when they were told by doing the breaker box that was never done. So there's a lot of loose wires all over, so I can't put a rack or anything on that wall. They could have done what the inspector had wanted them to do, bundle those wires and label the box.

The service was not very good. I asked them to fix my fan. There were two fans that had a problem. They fixed one that was for the locker room. I used to have a remote control and they just took out the remote control to directly connect it making it worse because it's not working like it's supposed to be. They tried, but it didn't work. They charged extra. They charged me for the time they spent on the road. They did the service was done early June. I bought the service for $100 and they charged me another $135. They charged me the commute fee. I am not very happy about this thing where they charged me extra, I don't know what they call it. It's like they charged me to come here. They didn't tell me that when they made an appointment, they never told me anything about this charge. I didn't want to argue with them because it was just $40 or something like that. The service itself took about one hour or more and cost about $90 or something so they added they commute fee. The price was okay, but it is the commute fee that surprised me. I don't feel happy about the commute fee that they charged without telling me. They were late a little bit. I would not use their services again in the future.

It went very well. Their contractor, Russ, sent me a detailed list of electrical matters that I had asked for, and he also included photos, which was very helpful. I will soon hire him via DJ to complete the work he has proposed.

The engineer from the company came by to inspect my residence and schedule the work. The company indicated my power panel met the requirements and that my the job could proceed per the Angie's list offer (which I had already paid for). When the installer came by to install the suppressor, they indicated my house was not grounded and that would be required to proceed. Although I was not confident my house was actually not grounded, because I was directing the job from out of state, I had no choice but to add the grounding job at additional cost, to this project so we could proceed. The job, including the grounding was done very professionally and efficiently. The fact the company alerted me to this potentially lethal fault in my system prior to proceeding leads me to conclude this vendor is very through and views the customer's safety as highest priority. So although I had concerns this extra work might not be warranted (since the total job cost 3 times the original project plan to simply replace the surge suppressor), at the end of the day I am now confident that I have a great surge suppressor and a well grounded house that is safe for my family and visitors to enjoy.

He couldn’t do the work, as he was going to put an interior surge protector in but the only place I had for it was on the exterior. I'm getting a refund.

The technician did not show up for his scheduled appointment. They contacted me 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment and told me the technicians GPS in his cell phone was not working. They told me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

I asked for a quiet fan, they never came to see the job before hand or asked me to measure anything. The fan they brought was too big for the location. i had to go to the hardware store 2 blocks away to purchase a fan myself that would fit in the space, and it ended up being the same exact model I already had, noisy and small. Only being newer it does not rattle as the old one

The process was very smooth. They showed up ontime and completed the work in a timely manner. Everything was left clean.

When I bought the deal, I submitted photos of my electric panel to confirm that DJ Electric could install the surge protector. I was told that they could, and as a worst case scenario I'd have to buy 2 additional breakers for $70. Michele in the office was very nice with scheduling the service. We set up a 9 am appointment at my house. Frank the technician arrived at 9:30 am. There was a bit of trouble installing the new breaker for the surge protector, and I questioned fitment. Overall, Frank was very nice, but at this point of the install, it took a few times of me mentioning that the breaker didn't look like it would fit the panel to get him to stop trying to pound it into place. Eventually, Frank tied the surge protector into an existing breaker in the panel, and there were no additional costs incurred.

It went very well. I had no problem scheduling and getting the work done to my satisfaction.

Great customer service, products, and reasonably priced! The electrician came to the house, assessed and determined my wants and needs, and scheduled repair for the following day. The technician was well groomed and uniformed with his name so it made it easy to identify who he was ,very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions and or concerns, told me how long it would take, and completed the job in its entirety as promised. There was no mess AT ALL. A nice clean professional job! I was very happy about the job, but more so because my wife was so happy and excited to see the end product. Electrician was on time. He looked at the existing conditions then went to obtain the equipment. He did a good job removing existing and installing the new panel. Had to come back to trace out the circuits for the door label and install the surge protector. They were very professional, did a good job, and took a reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up after themselves as well. I would use them again.

They sent me an email with a different dollar amount to do the job, totaling almost $500. I didn't think that was fair. Their communication was also very poor. I emailed them on 12/26, and never got a response back.

They were really great. Quick to call and communicate with me. The electrician was great, we needed an additional part. He drove to find the part and that was the only additional charge for the Big Deal purchase.

As above. At least he was on time when he came to assess the job, and he seemed personable enough.

Arrived on time.Very professional.Knew immediately how to resolve the problem. Now I have the pleasure of using the lights without having to worry about fuses blowing. I also received quotes,just in case the preliminary work was not sufficient. However, to date,the fix this company did,seems to be a permanent one. Its funny how you only begin to appreciate something,in this case bathroom lights, when things go wrong.

He did a great job. It was a major job and he had an alternative plan than the competitors and was able to save me a couple thousand dollars.

They just put the out side electrical so every thing was done alright. Every thing is OK, It was along time ago I do not remember much. The price was above average and the quality was pretty good.

I purchased a Big Deal and they did a really good job. Everything the said they would provide they did. I did not have any hidden cost.

It was quite awhile ago and what they did was fine. They did not want to run the wire and they had all kinds of issues it sounded like it was may be not a good deal to them.
