Good came out on weekend

Not well. While on the phone with owner Joe Della Rossa, I asked for an estimate. He asked a few details about the job and said the cost would be between $150 - $250 and I would get the 20% Angie's List discount. I asked if the cost could be lower and was told that since Della Rossa didn't charge any after-hours fees that was the best he could do. When John the tech arrived, he got right to work and then told be he'd have to run a snake and the cost would be $250. I asked if the cost could be less since the job was straight-forward and not as complicated as feared. I told John what Joe had told me and he said he'd contact Joe to check. Then John told me there was now a cost of $200 with the discount and an additional $65 for a machine fee plus some percent for a late call. I let him know that was not at all what Joe had told me. This was not going well at all and so I told John I would get someone else to fix the clog, thank you very much and good bye. This company is not going to get another call from me and I think others should not call either.

Dellarosa Plumbing showed up on time with with knowledge of Plumbing I never knew existed. They told me what I needed to do for the perfect pitch, and I am happy to pay the money if it is going to be done right. They really know what they're doing.

Not well. Called Saturday, scheduled appt for Monday between 2 - 4. Never showed up. I called at 4 to find out if they were coming and Joe the guy I made the appointment with started scrambling looking for an excuse as to why they didn't show. I basically waited around for 2 hours for nothing. Waste of my time. If you hire them, make sure you call and remind them about your appointment.

I scheduled for them to come out from 9-11 am while my grandmother was home. At 11 am they still were not there so I called. I was told that they would be out within 20 minutes. However, they did not show up until 1:30. The technician worked on two of the three sinks but he was a large man and was unable to fit under the third sink. He also left for an hour without explaining why. When he came back, he charged my grandmother $900 to replace two valves when we agreed on a price of $300 for replacing three valves. He refused to give my elderly grandmother an itemized invoice. My mother called me and I called Della Rossa. They changed the price to $566 and then to $666. However, they still refused to give an itemized invoice. He then pressured my grandmother into signing the bill and paying. I had her cancel the charge and I refuse to pay more then the $300 we agreed upon.

It went very well. He was on time and friendly.

Very well, very professional, my sink was fixed with new parts, and is now running smoothly. I will be calling them again if I have any other problens with my plumming.

Della Rosa plumbing did a great job. Cleaned up after they were done. No evidence of service work other than a new water heater.

I Contacted Della Rossa Plumbing about a faulty hot water heater and they were very accommodating & pleasant. A technician was at my home within an hour of my initial call. The technician gave an accurate assessment of the problem with my hot water heater. I decided to go with replacing it. The technician then advised that he had the correct replacement hot water heater on his truck. I was pleasantly surprised. He provided a full estimate upon review of the assessment; the price was much better than I had anticipated. He then quickly and meticulously installed the heater, making sure not to leave any trash or mess behind. He explained the proper preventative maintenance that goes with the model that was installed. All-in-all; Della Rossa Plumbing comes HIGHLY recommended! They will be my go-to plumber from this point forward.

JOE was amazing, he listened to my long detailed issues of my leakage and then set to work, know exactly what needed to be done. He didn't try to oversell anything, obviously knew what he was doing, and identified it as a standard, albeit moderately difficult to reach, clog. No roots, no pipe breakage, just a really heavy in a pipe heading out to the main. He was able to effectively snake it and demonstrate the issue as resolved, as well as explain how I can confirm this kind of thing in the future. He solved it where 4 other previous plumbers couldn't. By far the best plumber experience I've had in Very professional, timely and very good at his job! I would certainly use this plumbing service in a shot. Thank you.

It took them a while to provide a written estimate but when they did, they followed through with excellent service. They determined the correct route to bypass the leak, then put in the new piping system. They routed the pipes up the outside of the house to minimizing any damage to the inside of the house. They were professional and neat.

Joe kept me waiting 2 hours on his initial visit and 2 hours when he came to do the job. Before he came, we had a leak in 1 fitting on a fixture behind the tub. He made the "repair" and told me I don't have to turn on the tub to check it, it was "100% fixed". Fine. The next day we ran the tub and the leak was 10 times worse than it was before - and now coming from 3 different places. He came back to analyze the problem and told me the following: 1. He did a quick, cheap repair because the price we agreed upon was less than he would have usually charged. 2. If I wanted him to really fix it, he would have needed to charge me more. (like I didn't really want him to fix it) 3. He was only responsible for one of the 3 new leaks, but he would fix two of them. The third one would be very hard and he would need to charge me extra. Like I crawled into the wall cavity once he left and made the leak myself. 4. He was very frustrated and said he would come back the next day to fix it correctly. 5. He then said "sorry, I'm not going to do it". I'll void your check. Very disappointed.
