From day one, Mr. Daniel was responsive and assisted in ordering additional samples. The gentleman Tom and Rich could not have more professional and detail oriented. They did an OUTSTANDING job on our place. They take great pride in their work and it shows. They even stayed until 8pm one evening to ensure that the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend Daniel Flooring and Rich and Tom in particular to lay your floors. Love using local businesses for these type of projects and we could not have been more pleased with the work that was provided. Fair Prices, Quality Work.

From the moment I called Daniel to the installation of the carpet he has been extremely attentive, kind and understanding. I am redoing my parents new home and needed everything to be perfect. I called him constantly regarding whether the carpet arrived. I asked him over and over for time and dates of service. He was always patient and understanding. My parents chose expensive carpet that was difficult to install. However, Ray, the installer and his co-worker both worked extremely hard and did an good job. As a matter of fact I found a base board issue (which he had nothing to do with) and he is returning tomorrow to fix it. I would never hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Last week I was in hot water, literally. My water heater burst and ruined my wood floors There was mold and mildew all over the place, disgusting. To make matters worse, I had guests coming to live with me, in just a few days! I called many flooring companies, no one called me back.. it was all voicemail. Daniel picked up the phone on the first ring. I explained the situation to him and he had workman at my house THAT DAY. They commiserated with me about the removal of the wood floor, I was trying to pull it up myself. I broke two tools... The men told me that I was in too deep, that this wood would not come up easily. They were right. They proceeded to chip up that floor for 12 hours. and within a day, the entire floor was repaired and installed with a lovely laminate. They even helped me put the furniture back in the room. It was an amazing experience and I really feel fortunate that I found them. They are the best! No more moldy floor.

hands on experience in the trade shows in the contractors hired to install the flooring in different stages of my remodelig project. Tile and flooring is almost an artform. Daniels ability to direct the correct contractors for the multiple parts of my project made house a home again...:)

Spoke to Daniel about the project. He sent a man to my home to measure the two rooms and I gave him a sample of the wood I wanted because our other rooms already have hardwood floors. Once he received the dimensions he was able to give me a price. We went to his showroom and finalized the deal. This was July 2. We gave him a 50% down payment and he went ahead and ordered the wood. On August 7 Daniel called me and said that they would be at my home on August 10 to begin work. He thought it might take five days. On August 10 two men appeared and, on the first day, they removed the carpeting from one room and the marble from the other. They also put down the required wound proofing on the one room. The next day they put down th soundproofing in the kitchen and an inspector from the city of Aventura cam to approve the soundproofing. They then completed laying the wood in th spare room. On the third day they completed the project. On the fourth day the Coty of Aventura completed their final inspection. Because we are having our kitchen cabinets refaced, the workmen did not finish the sides of the floor abutting the cabinets. That was left for the cabinet workers . When the cabinet provider came to see the project and recognized that the ends of the cabinets had to be finished with shoe molding, Daniel provided the necessary molding so that everything would match.

Everything was perfect! I had been trying to replace the carpet upstairs and on the stairway for over a year now. After several estimates that proved to be too expensive and a nightmare situation with Home Depot, I finally came across Daniel. They had a ton of options available and were able to get the laminate flooring I wanted in just a few days and have it installed very quickly. The price was very reasonable too. It all seemed too good to be true and I kept waiting for problems to come up, but they never did. The installers were punctual and very professional. I couldn't be more happy with my new floors. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

No drama. Daniel's people arrived on time, did first class work and finished on schedule. They moved and then replaced all the furniture and left the work area's clean and neat Everyone was personable and professional. Daniel is not the best at returning calls, but I'm glad I didn't let that discourage me, as the work performed was first class and the price was fair.

Daniel and his team were great! Patient in showing us different flooring options, explaining process and answering all our questions. Justin and Theo came to install the actual floor and they were very professional, neat and polite. We could not be happier with the end product!

The job was done in an extremely professional manner. Justin lead the two week job and did an unparalleled job. He could not be beat. We are very pleased with the finished product!!!!!

Fernando and Alex showed up everyday at 9:30 they worked to about 1:00 they took a half hour lunch and were back to work till 5:00. Fernando did a beautiful job laying the planks. My floors look gorgeous ! After the floors were done, Daniel sent Dennis out to put in the baseboards he also did a fantastic job. I would certainly hire again and highly recommend Daniels flooring.

From the get go daniel the owner was helpful knowledgeable and extremely cost effective. We had 2200 square feet to replace and scott his estimator came out right on time. He sent me a wonderful installer named justin. The guy is a perfectionist. We worked together to prepare the next days areas for installation. Job came out amazing. Would definitely use them again.

It went very well and efficiently. Work was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was non-existent.

Great professional job done by the team. Always on time, professional, and delivered a quality service. One small follow up was required after the job was completed, and was done quickly with no questions asked. I would use their services again.

As stated above. He measured the floor, took a sample April 29th, called me left a message May 7th I called back May 11th no reply yet May 18th, 2015 Did an awesome job measuring the area with such ease. Gave me honest opinions of what and why's. Made me feel at ease. Just need a better system being a company on the go. They are good but the end job of the beginning was incomplete. Did not return my call and I left a message.

Daniel's Flooring did a great job with with my house. In the beginning Daniel let us take home several samples of flooring so that we could determine which one we liked the best. It took a few months to get our insurance money and to order the floors we wanted, but once everything was in place the work started. The employees were in charge of moving all of our furniture out of our house and into the garage. They did so very carefully. The tiles were carefully and meticulously laid. You can tell that the employees take pride in their jobs and want to do it right. Camden even came to work on Saturdays so that the job could be completed within the timeline. When the job was complete, the employees moved all of the furniture back into the house carefully and cleaned every piece of furniture that came back into the house. The cleaning ladies did a great job cleaning every corner of my house (including, the blinds, window sills, closets and the tops and bottoms of all the cabinets. and then wiping everything down again, when all the furniture was back in place. Daniel's Flooring is very professional and we highly recommend them.

We just move and like always (it's the 3rd time he does a work for us) they were on time, when they offer to be. Very professional worker, organized and clean. Something it's no normal when you hire someone. He did an excellent job: the baseboard looks great, like it was one piece all throught the first floor. And the laminated floor it's great too. What I can tell? look perfect and I can't find any problem.

Daniel and Scott handled the initial estimate. They were friendly and flexible. The two guys who put in the tile made sure everything was done to our liking. We highly recommend Daniel Flooring.

They have a showroom in dania ( little tricky to find so ask for directions.) went and picked out what I wanted, Patrick came a few days later and took up the old, put down new floor, borders and edge. They cleaned up, put washer, dryer and hot water heater back. Very nice, very happy.....the total cost includes everything.

I contacted Daniel Flooring to get an estimate to repair laminate flooring damaged by water in a rental condominium unit in North Miami Beach. Unfortunately, my tenant was unable to accommodate the timing for the repair and opted, instead, to live with the issue for the time being. That said, I wanted to write this review because Daniel and his brother were extremely professional, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my tenant and to help me out in a difficult situation. Although I cannot yet speak to the quality of their work, I do plan to hire them to make the necessary repairs when the time is right, and I have no doubt they will do an excellent job.

Very well I thought. The appointment for estimate was 3:30, the gentleman was in my driveway at 3:29. The entire process went as planned and explained. There is minor imperfection with an uneven transition to merge with kitchen floor, but when I consider the conditions of the surface they had to work with, it is not a problem with me, so I consider the entire job very well done.

I originally went to the showroom expecting to have to replace the entire flooring of the bedroom. Daniel then recommended we use the closet flooring for the damaged area, then replace the closet floor. This saved time and money and I really appreciated it! the floor looks impeccable. Very professional and flexible. Thanks!

Daniel and his crew were very prompt, friendly, kind, and thorough. I appreciate their hard work and their efficiency.

Daniel installed a wood floor in my house about a year ago. At first we loved the product. Months went by and we started noticing dark spots and the finish on top seemed to be stripping through various spots in the house. I called Daniel back thinking he would fix the problem since he has had such great reviews. His guy came out and stated that I had a moisture problem. Daniel stated that it was my fault the wood had a moisture problem and that I would have to pay to fix it. Mind you the problem is throughout the entire home. I decided to hire a Certified Floor Inspector who stated that Daniel never did the proper moisture testing and that it was installer error. The moisture barrier that was put down was not done correctly and has since failed. These were the independent inspectors note. Daniel still insisted that it was my fault against the report of the inspector. Save yourself the trouble and don't hire this guy! He will not take accountability for his bad job

David, Daniels brother came to do the estimate. He was unsure of how to handle some transitions so he said one of the installers will come by to do the estimate. Peter came and knew what needed to be done. He was going to provide me an estimate possible that night. I never heard from anyone again about a price or estimate. I called Peter and he never answered his phone and I left two messages over 4 days. I spoke to Daniels and he seemed unaware of who was to do the estimate. He never followed up. All this after waiting 2 weeks for them to even call me initially.. I called them because they never called me claiming a web site malfunction. It was the website I was sent to through Angie's list. They completely let me down but Face of Wood flooring was wonderful. See my review of their company.
