Very helpful and efficient - took good care of furniture while moving from room to room to install. Even fixed a few extra things - very professional and concerned to do a good job. Polite and helpful. Overall - a very positive experience and the floors are gorgeous!

Their estimate was considerably lower than another I got. They showed up on time to give me the estimate. They showed up on time to start the work and they completed it timely. All of the workers were friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do in the time they said it would be done. The work is dusty by definition, but they made every effort to minimize dust and inconvenience. They may an extra effort to clean and double clean the areas in which they worked. We're please with the quality of the work.

Price was as quoted and installation started exactly on time and finished in 2 days as compared to original estimate of 3 days. Floor is beautiful and craftsmanship is excellent. This is the second time we have used Daniel and are just as pleased as the first time. Highly recommend Daniel and his crew.

This should have been an A+ report. The company responded quickly to my quote request, the price was fair and the work completed quickly and professionally. The reason this is not an A+ report is because I had a very smalll problem with the installation, and have called twice now for a fix. There are promises made but no follow-up.

Price was excellent - right in range with other extimates and the best on the flooring. Workers were prompt, courtious and very clean. Overall job wat to take 2 weeks and was completed with only one extra day, primarily due to co-ordiantion between all the parties. Given that this was major renovation to fully 1/2 of the house, the fact that things were completed as promptly as they were was amazing. The best think I can say is that we are totally satisfied with the project and plan on using Daniel again next month for flooring installation in our master bedroom and, more likely than not, will retile our halls, family room / kitchen and living room areas sometime in the coming year.

We called a couple of times about arrangements and always got Daniel, even on Sunday (not sure he ever quits working). His guys showed up on time, did the work in less time than expected and were friendly and neat. He is a pleasure to deal with.

I visited the showroom and meet Daniel. The showroom was clean, organized, with a large display of samples. Daniel is very knowlegable in regards to flooring. I decidced on two products, Daniel suggested that I take the samples home with me. I had the measurements with me. A price was agreed upon and an appointment to measure the job. Daniels brother showed up on time to measure and an appointment made to install the flooring. The installers were here on time and completed the job in one day. The installers were curteous and did a great job. I can't think of any don'ts, it was all a win, win expeirence.

Took about a week. Everything went as expected. They were punctual and polite. The floors are beautiful.

There were 2 sets of workers for tile and for laminate. Both were punctual, did what they said they would, and very helpful. They had to get more materials than the estimate called for but did not raise the price. The jobs took longer than I was originally told, but the weather had an impact on that. Overall I was very satisfied. The outside clean up after the laminate job was not as good as I would have liked, but that was my only disappointment. I am very happy with the price and quality of the work and materials. The estimate I got from Home Depot was nearly double!

Company submitted a competitive estimate. Performed all worked discussed in the time frame they told me. Completed invoice was right on line with the estimate. Will absolutely use again in the future. Great job. Slight mixup in time frame for estimate, but the technician showed up on time. Overall very good experience.

The removal and install went well. The one small problem was when I told the contractor not to throw the old carpet in condo dumpster and they did anyway. I phoned and they came back to remove carpet from dumpster and dispose of properly. Other then that they were prompt courteous on time and billed for estimate price.

After 11 months of trying to resolve a bad installation with another company Daniel Flooring came in and did the correct preparation and installation. They were very sensitive to all we had been inconvenienced with the other company and having to go through the ordeal of moving everything in our home once again to do a replacement installation. They were timely, worked well with our concerns even calling the distributor of the product several times to verify the methods and coverage under the warranty. The floor was laid even better than the first install in terms of pattern and design. In fact it was done so well that we also hired them to do a plank style tile in another very large room in our home. This also was done with a high standard of quality work. We so appreciate a company who prides themselves in their work and customer care. We highly recommed Daniel Flooring and the owner Daniel Russel to coordinate everything.

The fellow came out twice to show me things. The first time, we had a slight misunderstanding. He came right out to straighten out, and he brought samples. The people who did the installation were great.

The guy who came out did an excellent job and I have used the services of Daniel Flooring twice so far. We had him tile the kitchen about 6 months ago. We liked it so much that we had him do it for the rest of the house too. The price that they charged was pretty decent and reasonable. I thought that the work done by them was perfect and I couldn?t ask for a better floor. He was always on time. He was very neat and detailed. I am going to use their services in the future too and in fact, I may use them very soon.

The installers, Dennis and Jason, did a great job. They were careful with the furniture and did a wonderful job of installing the floor. They were prompt worked hard and finished, as promised, in three days. We were able to sleep in our condo throughout the job. The disruption to us was minimal. Daniel was very helpful with helping us pick our new floor. The condo looks like new. The whole experience was pleasant and not traumatic.

I have a very good experience working with Daniel Flooring. The installers were very good. They were neat and they did what I asked. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was that they did not follow up with the job to make sure of how it went. From the way that our interaction started I thought Daniel might even come out himself, but he did not. Their estimates were competitive. I think that they ran about the middle of the road with the overall price. They did very good quality work. They were able to come out within two days of ordering the materials. They were out when they said that they would be to get the work done. They took the time to talk with me and explain what was going on. So other than the follow up I was very satisfied.

We got Daniel Flooring to do some rubber flooring, so that our grandchildren wouldn?t get hurt when they fell. The flooring is of the same type that is used in hockey rings and gyms, only it is prettier. You can vacuum it and if anything gets spilt on it, you can always wipe it off. Daniel Flooring did an excellent job. They were in and out in a day. They were extremely good. The flooring wasn?t cheap, but it wasn?t the regular flooring, either.

The work was done promptly and thoroughly. I had some special problems in that the new bamboo floor had to join with existing bamboo at one end and existing ceramic tile at the other. This required some customizing that was carefully and successfully done, and caused only a reasonable increase in the original cost appraisal. One Minus: I called Daniel after I had waited a week for the installer to call me about a custom piece he had ordered (and I had paid him for in cash); Daniel took a hands off stance by saying that the installer was the one I had the contract with, not him. I would hire this company again and recommend them to friends.

We picked out the laminate (which looks like real hardwood) with Daniel who gave us a lot of assistance in choosing the right color. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel at least 5 install dates and Daniel couldn't have been more understanding. When the time came for install, it was done professionally and on time. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The price was great too! Daniel was in the hospital and answering his phone during our job.

The entire job - from estimate to completion - was easy. The estimate was very reasonable compared to others, and the crew (Patrick and Tom) were friendly, professional, and detail oriented. They knew I had some scheduling issues to juggle with things being delivered, and worked hard to make sure the rooms I needed done were completed when I need them to be. The quality of the work was outstanding. It's also nice to have people that work as a good team, cheerful and having fun throughout the day. Tom even helped me figure out how to fix a couple of things in the house I didn't know how to address. I picked them for their high ratings on Angie's list - which were clearly well deserved.
