I met with Daniel at his store front to go look at flooring samples. He sent me home with some of the floor samples so I could make the right choice back at home. After making my decision, I went back to give him my selection and schedule the estimate. His estimator arrived on time and provided me with a very reasonable estimate (including materials and labor) to remove the wall-to-wall carpet and install laminate flooring for 3 bedrooms (and their 4 closets), a hallway (and its 2 closets), a great room, and stairs. The installers arrived promptly and took only 4 days to complete the job, including clean-up. My home looked soooo awesome -- I couldn't believe it! I was very pleased for the quality of the work and the value I received for the price. Daniel and his staff were friendly, but most importantly professional. He even followed up with me after I had time to "live" with the floors to see if there were any issues. Now that's what I call customer service. I will gladly use his services again in the future should the need arise. I highly recommend Daniel Flooring without hesitation for all of your flooring needs.

I initially called for information/ estimate and got a call back right away. Someone came out and provided an estimate. Day of scheduled work, two gentlemen arrived on time and immediately began. The job was completed in the time I was given and the work was performed professionally. The men removed the carpet and let no mess behind. The floor looks amazing and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I plan on using them in the future.

They were awesome and did a fantastic job, the were clean punctual and fast.

One brief visit from a "sales" rep, reasonable advice, no pressure. Because of Daniel Flooring's ratings on Angie's list and a reasonable price, I chose Daniel Flooring. Two workmen showed up on time, worked diligently, carefully and expertly laying a laminated wood floor in my 300 sq. ft. bedroom. They were pleasant, helpful and put up with my questions and complaints with constructive responses. They finished before the estimated time, came back a few minutes after leaving to improve a problem with a better solution. I believe that for laying a floor, no one could possibly give better service at a lower price than i got from Daniel Flooring. Not only do I recommend them, I urge you to include them in list are considering to do similar work.Ted Dunn

Daniel was very knowledgeable and patient. He had a very good selection of numerous products and the price was very good.

We were told work would be completed in a week and it took two; wrong grout color was applied, but changed a couple of days later, installer did not leave enough room for threshold by front door, he installed it uneven the first time and after complaint was sent back to fix it, it is solid, but up higher off the ground than the original one. When installer returned to residency to redo the grout, he cracked one of the windows, when he closed it and did not leave an apology or message to inform homeowner or owner of company ( owner did not know anything about broken window, had to call installer to get details on how it happened). Someone came out to fix window a couple of days later.We are happy with the look of the floors, the installer of the baseboards did a great job.Wouldn't hire company again, too many "little" things went wrong...

I was pleased with the experience -- Daniel Flooring is very professional. I read all their reviews on Angie's List before selecting them & it proved to be according to customers' comments. The cost was fair, the work very professional. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday without waiting a long time. They are responsive to questions / calls. Although the installer was 1+hour late, he called to let me know (that's unusual in my experience). But he worked straight through and finished the job in the time frame originally planned. I think it wasn't an easy job (installing laminate flooring over tile), but he did an excellent job.

Made an appointment within days. Two men showed up on time. They were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. I was extremely pleased with both them and the result of their work. I would highly recommend them.

They did excellent work. I had bid the job out and they were very economical. They were extremely professional, they showed up on time, they were neat and clean and very meticulous.

The work and professionalism was excellent! I wouldn't hesitate to use Daniel's Flooring again when I need to replace any other flooring in my house!

The job went well and the floors look really beautiful. As mentioned, the baseboard added by this company made the rich chocolate ash laminate flooring look absolutely beautiful. You can't tell this laminate from real wood. It is called Majestic Wild River and some colors are back ordered due to great demand. It looks that much like real wood! I will never have carpeting in my home again!

I searched for flooring companies on Angie's list, found three that I liked. Called all three made appointments for estimates. All three came out to the house and give me estimates. Daniel flooring gave me the best price and I gave them the job. They scheduled an appointment with me to come out and do the job. They called me 2 days before to confirm. They arrived on time, explained the work to me. Did the work as they described, cleaned up after they were done, and were professional the whole time. I reccommed them highly.

Daniel Flooring made the process seamlessly easy. The choosing process was simplified by Daniel who knows his business, and knows quality. The estimate was given quickly and accurately. The measuring out process was free, took about 15 minutes by David, Daniel's brother. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, from beginning to end. At no stage was anyone ever late by more than 5 minutes. There is no reason for me to ever shop for flooring anywhere else. This is the kind of service I expect when I use Angies list, and keeps me a member. I highly recommend Daniel Flooring, and trust them implicitly to do a professional, honest job.

The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Daniel Flooring showroom and clean,well stocked with product and well lighted. I dealt with Daniel and Chuck during our visit. They took time with us and we never felt rushed during our selection. They gave us samples to take home to aid in our selection. I could not have asked fro better installers. Dennis and Justin are true craftsmen. They arrived on time, courteous and professional. It was very refreshing to see such a good work ethic and attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves as promised and made sure I was satisfied with their work before they finished. This was the second time I used Daniel Flooring for a large project and was not disappointed. The price was fair and the work done in a professional manor. I would recommend this company to anyone. We installed porcelain tiles through out the house including the baseboards. Daniel helped us select the tiles. We were very happy with the choices of tiles we were offered. There were a lot of designs and price range to choose from. There were no pressure tactics and misinformation. We are very picky when it comes to a big job where you are spending a lot of money and decision which can not be taken back when it is done. We also took the tile display board home to see how everything matches with the wall color. Dave and the crew did wonderful job installing the modular pattern that we chose. They were also very helpful and friendly. Tom did his part by installing the baseboards. The floor looks beautiful and we got many compliments. If you looking for a professional service, job done right the first time, you have come to the right place.

I was diappointed no one ever called back.

The installers were unprofessional! I was here as they installed the flooring. They were not going to clean the floor after removal of the pad and carpet. I pulled out the vacuum! The installer said to me that even the gap around the tile and walls should be 1/4 inch. As they came to the kitchen door I saw the gap was about 1 inch and made a comment to them that it was too large. Instead of correcting it which would have taken a few minutes, he said to me "it doesn't matter. it will be fine." There were almost 5 boxes of product left and the installers took 2 with them He said to me he needed to take them back. They also left a big mess for me to clean up, saw dust was on everything. They didn't cover anything including my electronics. The transition piece was stepped on, and it fell off the tile and chipped the edge. Daniel was notified he said they could come back on Monday to fix it. They never showed! 2 weeks later they came back but never replaced the piece. . We never received credit for the full boxes of flooring that the installer took. Today the flooring even makes cracking sound when you step on it in a few areas different areas and the molding was never replaced. The price of the flooring was not bad but the instillation, well, I could have done a better job. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. They just don't care about the work they do! Today it just is so hard to find people who honest, follow through and care about the work they do!

Their price estimates are unbelievably overcharged. His estimate was two and half to three times more. They were professional. I would not use them in the future.

Overall experience was excellent, we were totally satisfied with the product and installation.

Communicating with the office was a bit difficult. (when were things going to happen?, how much do I actually pay?, when will you show up?) Hence e.g. they showed up one morning at a certain time and we did not know. But aside from the communication part, I have no problems recommending them, since once they started they actually were punctual and fast and professional. I have had some nice compliments in regards to their work. The price was good as well. I will use them again if needed.

I had put off redoing the flooring as long as I could. I was worried about the mess, the time and having workmen in the house. I shouldn’t have worried at all, in less than two weeks from the date of the estimate and two days worth of installation. I have gorgeous new floors that I can’t wait to show off. Everyone that I worked with at Daniel flooring was professional and overall great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called Daniel flooring two weeks before the job was supposed to be done. We set an appointment and agreed to the price of the job. Daniel flooring came out and did a great job installing my laminate floor. They came on time, brought in all their gear, installed the floor and cleaned up after. Great job!!

The drywall repair was seamless and looks like there was never any water damage. Installation of both tile and wood product floors went very smoothly. I was having three flights of stairs done and not sure what to expect. The end result of all areas/types of flooring work done by Daniel Flooring is beyond what I hoped it would be.
