Description of Work: After a broken air conditioner damaged my floors, they replaced my laminate flooring throughout my home. They did a great job! Would definitely use them again, and would definitely refer!

Description of Work: Great service. Excellent workmanship. They installed laminate flooring over tile and installed tile in the shower area. Worked in,a timely manner. Came back to correct a few issues. Daniel was accommodating and was helpful with suggestions.

Description of Work: customer service was not what I expected. Sales person at my home did not estimate properly. People at the store were not in a good mood the day I went by. I believe I got them on a "bad" day.

Description of Work: I had a leaky pipe that got under my floor foundation, and all my insurance company would cover was a cleaning of my carpet. After that was performed, I decided the better idea was wood flooring, and saw Daniel flooring on Angie's List, and they performed exceptionally well.

Description of Work: Replaced carpeting with tiles in 2 bedrooms

Description of Work: They installed laminate flooring and repaired stair bullnose. Installer arrived promptly. Work was very professional and work was completed in less than a day, although estimate was for 2 days.

Description of Work: A gentleman DID arrive to take measurements for flooring. However, they DID NOT follow-up with an estimate. I waited over a week and decided to call to inquire about the estimate and was instructed to send an email to the company address and that I would receive a response from that. Once again, I DID NOT receive a response. It's been several more weeks since then and I still have nothing.

Description of Work: I called Dan to have him come out and give me an estimate on laying tile in one of my bedrooms and also take some tile up and replace it with new tile in my guest bathroom. I spoke to him on Friday night June 22nd and he said that he could see me Monday the 25th at 1:00pm. I agreed and his exact words to me were "I will see you at 1:00 sharp on Monday the 25th". Today is the 25th as I am writing this email and I called Dan on my way home at 12:30 to let him know I was on my way home. When he answered the phone he acted like he had no idea who I was, which should have given me a hint. I asked him if he was on his way and he said "did we have a 12:30?" and I said "no we have a 1:00pm" to which he responded "oh ok..no problem. What was your name?" I gave him my name and he said ok and hung up. I got home and waited for him until 1:15pm and then I called him again. He answered the phone and I asked him if he was still coming. He asked AGAIN.."what was your name" I told him my name and reminded him that I just spoke to him 45 minutes ago and he said "oh ok..hold on a sec". I then heard him call someone over a radio and say "hey where are you? Did you go do that measurement job...do you have it listed? Her name is Shannon something or another".....WOW REALLY??? Then he has the nerve to get back on the phone and ask me "are you sure we had an appointment?" I said "YES I'M SURE. I SPOKE TO YOU OVER THE WEEKEND AND 45 MINUTES AGO!!!!!!" He said that he would send someone who was in my area but I told him not to bother. He was unprofessional and rude. What kind of business person calls their client "Shannon something or another?" Just unprofessional.

Description of Work: The installers completed the task on time and the quality of work was great! The price quoted was reasonable, and there were no hassles

Description of Work: We were looking for someone to put down a Lamanate Floor that was purchased elsewhere. Daniel was Great, Offering suggested accessories, and proper under flooring necessary for condo living.. We had a great experience, the workers were very professional.
