Thanks to Bernice for supporting my maintenance needs. I am currently deployed and she was able to schedule a technician that was perfect for my time table. Although the tech YEREMY was late, he did call to inform he was running late. It's to my understanding he was professional and courteous. However, it's my opinion that the prices I felt were well above previous quotes for duct cleaning and adding a return duct. I had my vents and ducts cleaned but also wanted to add a return duct and change a thermostat out. I am a believer of getting what you pay for and I did, I got great service on my schedule. I wish to have had a better quote to have had the return duct and thermostat change added to services but I will reschedule on my next visit and re evaluate the expenses. Overall, satisfied and will call for future servicing needs. Thanks, Tim F
