These guys were extremely professional and timely. They help us out of a very difficult situation being that we had no ac and had no luck with our previous AC handy man. They presented to us our options and with the price being so reasonable and they being so professional we went with a new condenser install. If these guys keep up the level of professionalism and timely response they will be my AC guys for life.

We were having some issues with our unit and called Steve to come inspect it. Unfortunately, it turned out we had a leak and had no gas in the system. Steve was really great to work with, he took the time to explain the issues and lay out all of our options to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Ultimately we decided it was best to replace the unit and got a really good price. Installers did a good job and even found an issue with a disconnected duct which got air flowing again in rooms that had previously had poor air flow. House is nice and cool now in all areas. I would highly recommend Cooling Experts!

I had water damage on ceiling and wall next to AC unit and needed an inspection for where it was coming from. The service man determined it came from the apt above me and was not caused by my 2 units. He suggested an eventual coil cleaning of the one unit. I asked for an estimate for this work, but I have not received it.

Although there was a mix up about the warrantee coverage and whether there was an extra charge, Steve quickly fixed the error and gave me a great price! Not only that, but the tech, Frank, was fast, efficient and friendly. I could not be happier! I WILL call them again. The honesty was refreshing.

I would highly recommend Cooling Experts! They installed a new Heat Pump and the airflow is 50% more than my old unit. Plus with a high SEER it will pay for itself in electricity savings. Hometown friendliness and a pleasure to work with. A++++

I would recommend that they advise first time customers to use sheets to completely cover all furniture, dishes etc. Even though they clean up pretty good, the dust reached other areas where they wouldn't be able to clean without moving lots of stuff around. Outside of the above, they did a good job cleaning at a fair price.

The technicians that came to my house were very friendly and professional. They performed an excellent job and the prices were very reasonable. I am definitely going to use cooling experts in the future. I would also recommend them anyone that needs A/C work done.

The process of negotiating scope of work and price with Steve was painless to say the least. He's very respectful of his potential customers, explains in detail was to be done which they do to the "T". The folks up is unheard of nowadays, truly a gentleman with his word. I hope he doesn't change his ways as his company grows, which will for sure happen if he continues to delight his customers as him and his team do.
