At first, I am usually very hesitant about A/C repairs because they typically come out and you end up with a hefty bill. Dealing with Steve and Cooling Experts made me realize that this was not the case. He was very straightforward and honest and in my books that merits 5 stars all the way. The price was very reasonable and serviced my furnace and exceeded my expectations. Great company and this will be my go to company for all my A/C needs.

I called Cooling Experts at 5:30 am EST and Steve answered the phone. He was on his way to the office, and called me back and texted me (which I missed...oops) to schedule the appointment by 10 am. Yeremy, the technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem efficiently and the house was cooling down in no time. He was polite and informative. It is a pleasure to work with such a professional and personable company. I would highly recommend Cooling Experts, Inc to anyone who needs A/C service. I won't use anyone else!

Got a second opinion after one company checked it out and stated that I needed a completley new unit. After he left I recieved notice from same company that we could probably work it out with just a new compressor. Cooling Expert tech Jonathon found it was a minor problem for much much less. Thanks for your honesty and professionalism.

5 Star Service with ownership, customer service, and technicians. Communication is key when having issues and the staff was understanding and helpful. We did not plan on having an A/C problem in a heat wave during a pandemic. Appointments were on-time, too! Highly recommend them. Great job and many thanks to Steve.
