The owner steve was very professional. his crew did a fantastic job with relocating my compressor from one side of the house to the other. The technicians were very meticulous in the way they did their work and accommodating as well. I am hiring them again to do more work at my house and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a great air conditioning company.

They were courteous and knowledgeable.the work was completed to our satisfaction.

I am a MA resident who inherited a small condo in S. Florida. I arrived Tues to an apartment with no a/c. After a night of no sleep with fans blowing stale air (the humidity outside was awful so I had to keep the windows shut) I texted my brother in ME to find me an a/c contractor via the internet. I guess this site sends out three leads and Steve won because he was the first to contact me. Soon, that buyer's remorse fear set in. Did I make the right choice? How do we ever know? I hope my review helps. From the get go Steve introduced himself as the owner and he was almost apologetic that his tech couldn't get to my place for about 1.5 hrs. The promise that someone was coming meant a lot, for starters. We used Total Appliance Service (sort of an appliance insurance plan) in the past and they'd call three days straight and cancel repeatedly (more than once!). A Cooling Experts, Inc., tech arrived when promised. He was very polite and professional. I followed him up to the roof where he determined the outside unit did not appear to have a leak. The air handler inside my closet looked to be at least 30 years old. The evaporator coil was done. I asked how quickly they could replace the unit and asked if it could be done in the same day? They got right on it which really surprised me. My greater fear as the afternoon progressed was what if this guy has to leave for the night and come back the next day or the day after? That never came to light. He finished the job. I do books for a heating & cooling contractor in NH. Of course, I made some calls to find out what to expect to pay for this job. Steve's quote was extremely realistic and I am more than satisfied with this company's customer service. The owner delivered the new unit to his technician and even threw in a modern (digital) t-stat when he saw what we had on the wall. I waited 24 hrs to write this review in case I had any concerns/worries. Steve even called me that evening to see that I was happy and that everything was working properly. I would definitely use them again and I'd highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Both of my brothers (one is a GC the other a self employed contractor) who are co-owners are also very happy with the price and the work.

I am so happy about the service, I am almost speechless. The last company I called (Cool Air USA) tried to sell me all kinds of things I did not need. According to them, my AC would blow up any minute. That was 2 years ago. The tech. from Cooling Experts diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and proceeded to fix the problem, also checked the AC and found it was OK. I'm sure I'll need new AC in the future, and I'll be sure to call Cooling Experts for ALL my AC needs. Thank you Steve for being the first who called me.

The team from cooling experts was quick and efficient. Surveyed, quoted, and performed the job all in one day, where others wanted days to do it. Very satisfied with outcome.

They responded quickly and got my A/C running. They did only what was necessary to accomplish this task. I felt comfortable that they were honest and did not try to up-sell me. We'll see how the work lasts. They charged approximately $100 per pound of coolant.

Wow, Steve / They did a great job, kept me informed of progress of work being done. Honest and reliable, they went above and beyond to help with HOA while I was out of town. They did what other A/C company's couldn't do. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for a Great Job.

The contacted me within 1 hour after posting on Home Advisor. Came to home and gave estimate the following day. Great price. When additional work had to be done they again provided a great price. I would absolutely deal with them again!

This company is a delight to work with. Steve, the owner, went out of his way to try to secure the part that I needed. His employees were polite and went about their work very professionally. I would absolutely recommend them.

Other experts said we needed a new unit, but, this company was able to fix the existing unit.

There was a little hesitation at first, but after all was said and done, was very professional service and value overall. Arrived on time. They are honest and knowledgable. I will call them back when it's time to replace my unit with a brand new one. They charge a fair price and do not bully or upsell. Best of all, Steve is available for any questions or concerns, and obviously wants to satisfy his customers. I definitely recommend Cooling Experts.

These guys are just great. Spoke to Steve and set up an appointment for the next day (Phil was actually early!). He spoke to us about everything he was doing....really knows his stuff!! Completely cleaned out our AC and did some repairs. He was polite and funny-great guy !! I will surely hire them again if I run into a problem. Thanks guys !!!

Steve the owner was very prompt and he seemed very honest. I am very skeptical about everyone I hire, especially if I don't have a personal reference. I took a leap of faith with this company. I am very pleased with the service, professionalism, and friendliness. I would recommend this company and I will use them again.

Prompt and fast service

Steve and Jonathan Paredez from Cooling Experts Inc.did a great job repairing a leak on my AC unit. Jonathan came on time for this emergency, and also advised on additional services that I had do to maintain my Air Conditioning unit running. I would definitely recommend Cooling Experts Inc.

I founf my central A/C leaking water and I contacted them and they were at my house at the time promised. The techs were very professional, very thorough in determining the problem and its solution. Explained everything and when they left I felt relieved that the problem had been solved. And the price was very reasonable. I will call them again for any A/C problems.

Steve, the owner, was prompt and courteous. I had no sense of him trying to "up charge" me and, although he was unable to fix the problem on the initial visit, his employee Frank addressed everything the following day. I recommend Cooling Experts to others and will call again on the future, hopefully just for regular check-ups.

Steve (the owner) was on time every time, he responded promptly to any calls, questions, or concerns I had. This was HUGE, because I have multiple contractors working on my house currently. Steve was professional, honest, and trustworthy. Unlike another company who had a tech just walk around and give me a generic price and assumption of my needs. Steve personally showed me the good, bad, and the ugly with my AC unit. We devised a plan to clean and service the existing unit, put in safety features that were non-existent and clean all the ducts. We ran into a few snags with work from the "last guy" and weird fire suppression vents in the upstairs but he did a great job of executing the plan. His team was efficient and effective to resolve all the issues my current unit had. They cleaned up and wen the extra mile to lizard proof my unit for me. It now feels cooler in the house and everything is in perfect working order. I feel confident in the unit and in whom I will call if I have any AC issues. Steve and his team at Cooling Experts will be the only AC guy I recommend and will personally use.

Response to my call came the following day and advised replacement of the unit. The team was very prompt and came to replace my old AC unit the next day. They did a good job and cleaned up after their work was completed. Cost was a little higher than I expected but with a 10 yr warranty and some extras, it is not a bad deal.

This was my first experience with Home Advisors and Cooling Experts and I must say that I was blown away by the excellent customer service and the AWESOME service provided. Danny and Yeremiah know their craft and weRe AWESOME! They were professional and took the work serious. I would highly recommend these guys for any air conditioning job. As a matter of fact, Danny and Yeremiah both deserve a raise!! I know I am not the easiest customer in the world to deal with and Steve and his team left me very satisfied and I will definitely be contacting them again for any of my air conditioning needs. Thanks again guys!! I have used a couple of more times and was disappointed by the high prices. Especially 500 to clean a coil.... I don't think that I will be calling them again.... I will keep you posted.
