Serviceman was prompt,Equipment & Truck clean very well kept. After complete check and evaluation of my unit.Explained I would spend as much to repair this old unit as to replace it. The replacement estimate was EXCELLENT. We are deciding on installation ASAP. SOLID 5 STAR COMPANY

Cooling Experts replaced my central air/heat system on a very timely basis. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job expertly and efficiently. They also cleaned up upon completion and showed me how to operate the system. The company could be more up front about its charges, however. It does not post on its web site that it has a service call charge of $125 that applies if the customer does not immediately agree to allowing the company do repair work. Also, although its web site lists that the company accepts credit cards, they don't tell you that they charge 4 percent more if you use them. All things considered, though, I would highly recommend them.

Technician had good knowledge and solved the problem in timely matter. Gave me tips on how to avoid problem again and gave me a walk around on what was done. Price was fair.

The guys were great, professional, polite, and friendly. Although they could not solve my problem (no one has been able to), I would hire them again for any other issues. They did present other options as well. The owner, Steve, was in constant communication with me before and after the visit.

Called me within 15 min, were at my house within 60 minutes and started immediately for 5 hours solid. The guys were super polite and professional and did a great job.

They did an evaluation of my current A/C. They said it was OK. I did not get a full report with all the measurements. Technician was knowledgeable, I guess you just have to trust...

Wonderful customer service. The repairmen were so polite and efficient. My repair was difficult to diagnose. They spent the time needed to go through the entire system, and found the issue, and made the repair. I had two other a/c companies who failed. I would highly recommend this company.

not much work was done, detect problem of AC leak. and fixed. cost $95.00. house call.
