I would recommend them to anyone!

So I came home at 5:30pm one evening to a 92 degree house and broken AC. We called everywhere and no one could fix it that night. Cooling Experts did though. They were also here minutes after they called. It was after 7pm. They laughed and told us they were close by, but not everyone would stop and take on another job so late in the evening. They were also really nice. We kept their card as if we ever have AC trouble again, we will be calling them. Obviously trustworthy, obviously competent. What else can you ask for? A++++

the appointment was easily made and they were on time. the work was professionally handled however the cleanup was poorly done with alot of dust on floor

These guys were great. I called them because I was quoted a very high price. They quoted a more reasonable price and, also, recommended half the services the other company did. I like that they discussed what needed to be done upfront.

For the fist time on over 5 years the AC is maintaining thr house cool. The initial diagnosis was clogged evaporator which they were but afer openning the unit he found the thermostat was wire incorrecyly. Fonally someone the actual issue. Can't remember how many co I had called before. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing, I have used the 2 times now. The first time I had them out for a repair to my central AC which they completed that day for a very fair price. I also wanted them to install a booster fan in one of the ducts to my office. They said they would do it but I would be wasting my money as it would not improve the cooling. I have the utmost respect for honesty like that. The second time I hired them, I asked for a rush call and they could not come out for a few hours. So, I made the mistake of calling another AC company instead. That company ran me through a well rehearsed sales pitch for 2 days in an effort to sell me a new system for $6,000. I called Cooling Experts, they came out within an hour, replaced the capacitor for $375 and I have had ice cold air ever since. These guys have shown to be extremely trustworthy and will be the only company I use moving forward. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

Service was good. Cost for new external a/c system with compressor seemed a bit high so I had them install coolant only.

The job was done very quickly.The roofers held Steve up, the next day they were here to finish the job before I got up. I appreciated how quickly the job was finished.

They showed up on time, evaluated the problem, gave me a fair estimate. Fixed my AC. I'm happy.

The only time I have contacted this company and the customer service was impeccable and the job done efficiently and quickly. At least for this time the lady on the phone was incredibly fast and the technician (Danny) was VERY impressive.
