I was quoted a price for the service call and was told the technician would let me know before doing the work if it would cost more. He replaced a fuse and then installed my new thermostat. I had to pay $130 more than I was expecting. If he had told me the price before he installed the thermostat, I would've only had the fuse replaced. I should've confirmed the price with the technician before he touched anything.

I found them to be honest and trustworthy. Steve and his guys we great and installed a new unit, they are coming back to do some duct work and they will be my go to AC people. I have already recommended them to my dog groomer.

These guys were great. They worked until 7:30 PM to ensure we had AC for the evening. Very high standard of installation, attention to detail. And to top off a very good experience, the payment was $50.00 less than the quote. I highly recommend these gents.
