responded immediately to my call, service tech was an expert. found the problem in 15 minutes, get us pricing and called office to confirm. Very professional and courteous.

Keep the price the same as quoted over the phone , even do they still gave the service for price we agreed but want to double charge

Came in on time. Obviously replacing a cooling unit is something expensive and not pleasent to do, but I am glad I did it with this company. The service was great, very professional, on time, clean and quick job done well. The unit has been working so far (6 months in ) without any issues. I will certainly hire them again, but I hope I dont have any more of these issues for a long time because of the price tag. However, their price was very fair, but it is an expensive job to do.

My air conditioning stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I called Cooling Experts and they promised to call me on Monday to send someone to fix it. On Monday morning they called me and Jeremy was at my house in about an hour. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed the unit. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Steve, the Owner of the company and he seems to be someone who will go above and beyond to please his customers. Since I previously worked in the construction industry and know how some contractors can be sloppy, I appreciate it when someone takes pride in their work as Steve seems to. I have no hesitation in recommending Cooling Experts, Inc.
