Did fix the issue however charged for second trip out to reconnect the thermostat.

My A/C stopped working on Super Bowl Sunday. I called them that night and got a reply within 15 minutes and my visit got scheduled for the very next morning. The technitian (Jonathan) arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. He fixed the issue quickly and gave me some honest advise for further service. The charges were very fair and competitive. I will use them again!

When I needed them to come a day sooner than originally scheduled, they made it happen. The technician was polite, soft spoken, and efficient. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. Cooling Experts Inc. will be returning next week to clean and disinfect the air ducts and to install a UV light in the HVAC itself to kill germs. We were very pleased with their work.

After requesting quotes through HomeAdvisor, I received a call within ten minutes from Cooling Experts and no calls from the other subcontractors. The representative listened patiently to my analysis of our AC problem and then thoroughly explained the company's billing policy. A technician arrived within a few hours, worked for 45 minutes and billed us fairly.
