This is a 5 Star company across the board. The service I received was outstanding. I had a tough job, and quite frankly, it was a puzzle for the team to figure out exactly what was wrong with my system BUT they didn't give up until the problem was identified and fixed. I dealt directly with Steve, the owner of the company, and I can't say enough good things about him - always respectful, always patient and most importantly, to me, took the time to explain every aspect of the job. He went above and beyond what other companies would have done to fix the problem I had and repeatedly thanked me and told how much he appreciated my business. You just don't get service like this anymore. If you're in Florida and need an A/C repair company, there's no one I would recommend more than Cooling Experts, Inc.

The Cooling Experts, came out to my home within a couple of days of my signing up with Home Advisor for an inspection of the work. The representative was respectful and explained all the needed repairs and sent me an estimate of the repairs promptly.

Frank was wonderful. He explained what my challenges were; how and what they could do, and priced everything accordingly. Steve- the owner was there to help along with his team. That was really a commendable. Will hire them for future jobs.

Fast response and great service. They were the first company who contacted me on a Sunday night. Monday morning my AC was fixed. They even had the parts in the truck. No need to wait for an order. Thank you guys. I will call them again.

Courtesy and helpful

Steve called me early in the day and scheduled a time for George, the tech, to come out that same morning. George worked tirelessly fixing my 20+ year old a/c unit. He went above & beyond to make sure the job was done right. Later that afternoon, Steve called to make sure I was happy with the job. Awesome!

I called on Sunday and Steve was very helpful and the guys were there on Monday morning at 9:30 right when they said they would be there. The guys found the problem in both my units and fixed it for a reasonable price. The guys were nice and did the job right. They cleaned up after they were done and also gave me some tips for my leaking problem to never get this bad. I was very very pleased with this company and if I am ever to have any more problems they will be the first ones for me to call. Thank you Steve and Danny for providing such professional and nice service.
