AMI Air Conditioning

They were fine and the unit only low on freon or whatever they use. Long story short all is well we did not need a new AC.....Yeah! They applied the coupon I purchased on line via Angie's List to the final bill.

Great, they were courteous, efficient and very clean.

The process was smooth and the technician was knowledgeable.

We have called them a few times now when we have had intermitent issues with our current AC handler. As new home buyers we were not given information about our AC unit and how old it was but they were able to give us an approximate age of the unit, help us learn how to troubleshoot future issues with the handler and also gave us the recommendation that we start saving money to allocate towards getting a new unit (the current one is about ten years old) as we will need to replace it soon and the approximate cost to replace it. I was happy enough with their work that I referred them to a friend who is also a new home buyer and they bought an entirely new unit for their house and were also happy with their service as well.

I think the first one is included in the contract. After I contacted them they came out. Everything is good. You can call them up and ask for them to come out and they usually come out pretty quick. Real easy going and luckily I really don't have a lot of problems with my A/C because I have a contract so it's nice to have working air conditioning all the time. I like them.

Terry handled my call early Monday morning around 9am . She was polite and noted my information down. She told me she had techs out for the day however would notify me later in the day when they are were available. Around 1pm I called back to follow up with her and she told me that no techs were available yet. Minutes later she called back to let me know ADAM was in my area finishing up a job and would be available. Adam arrived promptly to my residence to diagnose my external fan motor issue causing the air conditioning not to cool in my center ac. He gave me a price and had the part in his van. By 2pm my air conditioning is repaired . Great service! Thank you.

Jorge is terrific. This is the second year I have use him and think he is extremely helpful and polite.

Awesome! Steve addressed all of our issues and answered all of questions about our system and what we should be doing to keep things running smoothly.

The scheduling was easy and I got a call advising me that Adam was on his way, He got here precisely at the scheduled time. He was very personable and professional, telling us what was needed and what we should look out for. Will definitely ask for Adam next time we call for service.

Call early in the morning and within a few hours service tech came to the house. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and within 5 minutes or so was able to give me the diagnostic on the unit. Once we agree on the repair he was able to complete it in less than 1 hr. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism of AMI

Job went well. Jorge,was efficient, professional, checked and tested thoroughly, had to special order the valve. Came back in 3 days with new valve. Great job.

Great!!!! Scheduling was easy and they were responsive when I needed to reschedule. Arrived on time, asked a few questions about what was going on with the system and then completed an assessment. Identified the issues and did the repair and then check that the issue was resolved! I will be glad to use again and am happy to recommend AMI air conditioning!

Have been using them for 4 or 5 years now.

I subscribe their service every year, but I have a contract with them. Just one person came out, it took about one hour and area was clean.

The company had the technician conduct a courtesy call the day of the appt, a standard call to let the customer know when to expect him. I had worked a 24-hr shift and slept on the couch to hear the doorbell. When I didnt answer the tech's phone call (the tech and office called me 3 times in 12 min), they cancelled my appt and sent the tech elsewhere. I called back within 30 min of their last call and was told this. I could've been out mowing the lawn but still would've been waiting for the tech to arrive. Unfortunately for AMI, I needed an entirely new unit, cost $3400. I can't comment on their workmanship but feel they should review their courtesy call policy.

They were on time and performed the 49 dollar service and quickly located my issue. The technician was honest and only charged another 50 dollars to fix the issue. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest air conditioner repair professionals.

When I called them there was a misunderstanding because I wanted maintenance instead of the advertised service call and diagnostic, so I ended up paying more than what the deal was for. They did fine, but again it was sort of a misunderstanding of what job they were supposed to be doing.

The crew arrived on time. They worked quickly and neatly. Anil and Ari were very expert technicians and were highly professional and very nice, as well.

Excellent service. Jorge was very polite and took the time to explain to me every single thing he was doing and why. He also gave me great tips on how to better maintain my AC. He did arrive a couple of hours late but, the service was so good I didn't mind. I did use an Angie's List coupon, but even without the coupon I would definitely use this vendor again.

As to their punctuality, it's kind of mixed. When it was time for me to get my services installed, prior to that they were on top of everything, but once my A/C got installed and stuff started happening with my A/C that was when they weren't punctual, they weren't on top of things so it was like no one knew what was happening. I have to use them because my system is under a 1-year warranty with them.

This was a $59 big deal purchase. They came out, like, maybe, two days after I bought the deal. Nothing good or bad stood out. They were pretty good. There were additional fees, but I don't remember how much it was. I want to say it was around $300 because I had to buy a part.
