Description of Work: Their tech Casey first asked me if there were any problems, then got to work checking and evaluating our HVAC. He was here for around 2hrs testing both the the blower unit and compressor. Everything was within specs but on the low end. I told him we will probably replace and he gave us some options on a new unit. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for maintenance, but when I called to schedule, I was told they are scheduling a month in advance for the deal. At that time I requested a refund for the deal.

Description of Work: The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. Another company told me that I needed to buy a new AC unit for $5000. This tech fixed the problem for $150. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: The technician arrived very on time. Figure out the problem very very quick and took action to fix the water leaking from AC unit. Definitely will use this company again.

Description of Work: Performed an atypical inspection to confirm the operation of an air conditioning unit in a condo as part of a real estate offering. Very accomodating with scheduling with prompt follow up and detailed oponion of serviceability, will use this company if I need any HVAC service work in the future.

Description of Work: They did a multipoint inspection of my AC and found the problem that kept my system from cooling my house. The $49 fee covered the inspection and the repair which was simply a need to reset all breakers.
