Description of Work: The first time we used them was in June 2015. I was out of town and came home to a hot house and a non-working air conditioner. We were not happy with our former service provider so I looked on Angie's list and found AMI. I called them on a weekend. They called me back within 30 minutes. They asked if I could possibly wait until Monday, the cost would be much less and they would try and get out as early in the day as possible. We called early on Monday, they came out within several hours, diagnosed the problem and located the part and fixed the air conditioner that same day. We had another minor problem in August and again their service was quick and efficient. We are very satisfied customers.

Description of Work: Had to wait six weeks for advertised special and even after setting up another date because of conflict of time on my part I had to wait an additional three weeks. Have not heard from them up until now, not very professional at all.

We are sorry this customer is not happy. The special has notes that say there is limited availability and may be a wait. People who are not cooling in the summer will not be put off so we have more time for preventive services. Trying to do too much too fast will lower our quality, and we will not allow that.
