Description of Work: They came out on time, evaluated the problems and said I would get a quote from the office the next day. After calling the office more than once, I was quoted $650 to correct the problems and it should take 3-4 hours. The problems were corrected by another company in 1.25 hours at a cost of $250.

Description of Work: I had not every used AMI nor even heard of them before going on Angie's list. They got very high ratings and were located near me so I tried them. They not only were able to see me the same day, which was a must with a down AC unit, but they were extremely punctual and professional in resolving my issue.

Description of Work: The coupon was advertised as 'inspection and cleaning'. It was bought for the purpose of checking out a still-functioning but old A/C unit in a condo that was for sale 'as is'. The coils had already been cleaned by a handyman. I was expecting the technician to check the major components, clear the drain line and give a professional assessment. He did everything but clean the drain line.
