The office called me when the tech was on his way. Adam showed up on time and was very professional throughout the visit. Adam went through both units step by step and analyzed things. He was able to find some issues that I was unaware of that were causing my problems and was able to quote the necessary things to get them fixed. The prices quoted were fair and reasonable. I am so impressed by this company.

I called them after hours but they came. The compressor wasn't coming on and it was a blown fuse. I called them after work (Friday night) and they were here in the daylight still so it was an hour and a half two hours at the most. The first time I had to call them on an emergency basis was several years ago and they were here on the Fourth of July. They are very good. My air conditioner is in a very difficult spot to get to because I have a butterfly garden around it. I had big signs posted "Monarch breeding area" and they were very respectful and they didn't put their ladders in the plants or anything. So it was good.

The appointment was set up quickly and they came in and did the work. Just one guy came and it took him less than an hour.

I thought they did a good job, but then what does a 67 year old woman know about A/C service. Our A/C had been running fine just wanted the annual service in case we needed Freon or anything. Four days after they serviced it the A/C shut off and wouldn't come back on. They sent the technician back out the same day and he lifted little plug on the drain and it started right back up. He left and it ran ok that night...then it shut off again. My wife is a Chief Engineer and she brought home a wet vac and a CO2 tank and clear it again. She showed me where the plug to the drain was for if it shut down again. I spent the next day having to lift the drain and then manually sucking water from the drain pan to keep it running and not leaking on our floor. Saturday morning I called and told them I wanted them to come back and fix whatever it was they had done. They sent the guy back out and his boss told him to hook a hose up to the drain-line outside and flush it out from there. I told him we have a common drain that is for 4 Condo's and showed him where it was. When he hooked it up and turned on the water, it flooded our downstairs neighbors Condo. Him and my wife helped them clean it up. They were very nice considering. He then hooked the hose up inside our house and flushed it slowly from inside our Condo and then used the wet vac to blow-it out again. This last action seems to have fixed the problem. I really appreciated the fact that they came back twice to try to fix the problem, but the fact that they didn't know flushing that single drain line would flood our neighbors Condo or the fact that our A/C was fine before they serviced it means I'll not use them again.

The project went well, this was a all in one - package system supported on the house. A new support bracket was fabricated to the new unit and supported very well with vibration dampers used and clips to retain. Crane lift required for removal of old unit and setting of the new unit. Duct work was added for a 2 stage system. all joints, seams were taped and mastic. This was a 3 man job, with Casey as the lead technician, all work together as a team for a very professional installation. Cleaned up the job site, went over the features of the new unit... This company was referred to be by 2 employees... It is nice to find a responsible, on time, contractor that has a great work ethic *****

They came the same day that I called which was a plus and after analyzing the problem he replaced a part and that fixed it.

No Complaints and the job was done quickly.

Found a problem with the thermostat programming.

Quickly found the issue...loose wiring.

They offered to replace my old RUDD with a new RHEEM 16 SEER 3 ton unit. As I had called them on July 3rd they said they could install on July 5th which was fine with me. I got a call informing me the techs would be out about 8:30 to 9 to do the install. The two techs arrived a little before 8 (yeah!) and got to work. One did the outside unit and the other the inside. As the new unit was pretty much the same dimensions as the old the install went smooth and fast. They were done by 12:30. The senior tech hung around for a while to make sure the new unit was performing as expected. They did an excellent job of removing the old and installing the new system. Cleanup was top notch. Looked better after they were here than before they arrived. The price was "out-the-door", taxes, permits, install, removal and haul away. I highly recommend A.M.I. Air Conditioning. I have dealt with three different techs and the main office and have always had professional, friendly treatment.

This is a family run business who are the best with service. They respond quickly, are always on call, and are super nice. All the technicians have been professional, friendly, and explain what is causing any issues we've had. Even after hours on the 4th of July weekend, they called back quickly, and offered to come out to help in a timely fashion. We're very pleased that we chose this company over 2 years ago, and will recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy helpful company to help them with their a/c system.

Told me it was low on Freon, needed to be filled. A day and a half later it stopped blowing cold air again. Called another company to be told I had a leak!! So I essentially paid 500.00 for nothing, this company is shady. They never said there was a leak.

They were able to diagnose the problem and fix problem when no other company could. Great job.

He was very nice. Just one gentleman came to complete the service and left the area clean.

They were very good. They came when they said they would, and they did a thorough exam to find the problem with my ac. They gave recommendations, one of them being to flush the wires. He started to use special tools, but found the clog, saving me money and fixing the issue.

I called their main number and left a message after hours, got a call back within minutes and in less than an hour the technician was in my house. He did a great job and got everything fixed.

A.M.I was the first to respond. Talked to the tech on duty and explained the issue. He went over what the after hour charge was whether he could fix it or not. I still requested he come out. He was at the house within 3 hours of the call. Glad he came out as he diagnosed it as the Capacitor for the compressor fan. Quite expensive for a capacitor and they don't take discounts listed on Angies list or website for after hour calls which was a bummer. I am happy however as my house is nice and frosty again.

Great. As I am a veteran Military electronic tech (NOT AC TECH.) I did check what I could. such as a the capacitors, and and the outside switches.. UTUBE!! please be careful/, voltage Can KILL!!!! THE tech showed up on-time.. #1 KoolLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!. My unit worked fine. As it has been. Tech handled the rain.. It was nasty. He handled it.. Kuudos.. to them/HIM. I told him exhaust line was clean but he vacuumed it anyway. They Honored "Groupon" Zero extra charge.." Gr8T SERVICE

Problem was fixed the same day. They told me I needed to clean the coils because they were dirty. If they were not cleaned, the leak would occur again at some point. They came back the following week to clean the coils. A week later I thought I heard a strange noise coming from the A/C. There ended up being nothing wrong and I was not charged. All men who stopped by were extremely professional and courteous. They also responded quickly. I will continue to use this company.
