We paid the $600. annual service fee in July and needed them before Irma - zero response. I called, e-mailed, sent text's and nothing.
Description of Work: ATS switch was not working so during Hurricane Irma, we had to go out in the storm to start the generator. They had been out previously to repair and charged $315.00 for a service call and no repairs were done

I signed a yearly service agreement which they stated would give me priority after any storm, and I have not heard from them for two weeks. They supposedly did a tune up and changed the batteries on my generator, but when Irma hit, the generator never worked, and I can not get anyone to respond to my phone calls. I definitely would never hire them. Very unprofessional!!
Description of Work: I hired them to service my Kohler Generator. Never performed the service.
