I'd been using a different dryer vent cleaning firm for the past dozen years probably, when I decided to look up their phone number and noticed their Google Reviews rating was 1.5 out of 5, so quite poor, and I too questioned whether that firm was doing a good job because they always finished the job very quickly, too quickly, I imagined to be thorough and deep. So I used Angi to find highly rated firms, and this Alpha & Omega was one of two with very high ratings, their price was much better, and from discussing details, I got a good impression that they'd do a thorough job. I was astounded at the amount of lint they removed from my tenant dryer vent/duct, which is unusually long and has a right angle. They removed about half a cubic foot of lint that had been building up for probably several years. This means they removed what the prior firm failed to move. This may have saved me from a fire or lawsuit. Both the technician and salesman were a pleasure to speak and work with.

All other companies they quote you a price and then they tell you, oh, this and that is wrong and they ask you to pay more, I mean much more, but not this company. The service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. The work performed was top-notch I would highly recommend them. I thought flue was broken he inspected the fireplace and it was not broken and he showed us how to use very honest.

The tech arrived right on time and protected the area to ensure no fireplace residue would damage the carpet. He was thorough and explained what I had and that it could be repaired versus replacing the existing equipment. He was efficient and followed up with photos. Very nice job.

Our dryer was not drying properly. Troy was very efficient arrived on time. He showed me that the flexible line that had been originally installed 20 years ago needed to be replaced as there was significant lint on the floor from a poor connection to the dryer. He went up on our roof and took off the screen that was covering the vent and blocking the lint from escaping. There is a flexible door on the vent that opens from the air pressure when the dryer is on and it allows the lint to vent out as necessary.
