Description of Work: Miles came out on time and was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He assessed our pest problem and treated accordingly. We signed up with annual contract and the price is very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI was impressed when Lou came out that he did not try to sell me on the most expensive treatment like other companies. His initial thought was that the house would have to be tented, but as he examined the damage more carefully, he felt confident the work could be done by foam/liquid injection which saved me several hundred dollars. Since the price I paid includes a full house warranty, I know I'm protected and I saved money.
Description of Work: They treated by foam/liquid several areas inside the house where there was evidence of termite infestation.

+ -1 moreI checked Angie's list and found several companies but because Allied had done an inspection of our home before we bought it I called them. The secretary was professional, polite, and prompt in sending someone out. However, the guy that came, spent all of his time on his cell phone ignoring me, went through the house so quickly that I had no time to point out my problem areas. BTW, he was let go. After a week or so, the bugs came back and I called Allied to complain. Immediately and without question, they sent someone out to fix the problem. He was much better. This month they sent out Dominick, he exceeded all of my expections. Dominick was polite, friendly and took his time to make sure EVERYTHING had been sprayed. He truly seemed to take pride in his work which I find refreshing. The guy sprays for bugs all day and while I don't know what he is paid it can't be enough. I called Allied and asked if Domick could come every month and they cheerfully said "yes". THANKS ALLIED!

+ -1 moreIf anything returns, they are prompt in coming back and re-treating. The entire crew (receptionist, sales, technicians) are just great! I am confident they can solve termite problems without tenting!
Description of Work: They solved a termite problem. Crawled under the house and treated all boards and joists. Treated all visible infestation areas.
