Tony and his whole team are so professional, my kitchen was exactly what I envisioned and more. The back office was great managed by Carlo and Nelita, Tony did great on leading the project and daily visits to assess progress and the whole crew: plumber, backsplash, quartz, and cabinets installations was so well orchestrated. I really felt secured in choosing them all the way and felt great when I visited their showroom to better materialized each component of my new kitchen. Thank you so much for the great service! I love my kitchen!

 + 3 moreThis is a family owned business with a decorator available to help as well. They have everything in their showroom from the cabinets to sinks, flooring, counter tops, back splashes, shower doors and hardware. We were able to coordinate our choices right there. The owners and their decorator were an immense help and were available to us throughout the entire process of choosing thru installation. Our cabinetry was made by their cabinet builder in their shop. All American made and all wood. Nelita, Tony and Carlo were there for any questions or changes we made throughout the process of this project, and they made it happen. Communication is key throughout any reconstruction/renovation project. Our final outcome is absolutely beautiful!! We highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: They started out great and fast, however, as time progressed and they almost finished the job, they left out some details also there was significant damage to my wood floors that happened when they moved the brand new appliances into the kitchen from the living room. They scheduled a time to come back to finish some details and then when I called to confirm, the wife, Maria called me back to say that she didn't want to be in the middle. They informed me 1 hour before they were supposed to come that they were not going to make it. I really don't know why she would say that when the husband and wife are in business together. Also, Joel, the owner texted me that I was not his only customer. I found when they strived to get my business they were timely and very professional. Once the job was almost finished they were unprofessional. When I informed Joel of the floor damage, and other things that needed to be addressed, his response was that they didn't do it. I have other properties, and have bathrooms to remodel, it's a shame as I would have given them my business. Not any longer.
