A-1 Pride Home Inspection

Randy did our home inspection and did an awesome job for us - professional, timely, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt like Randy was a personal advisor, protecting our interests, and providing great insight and advice. We recommend Randy to anybody who needs home inspection services. He identified so many issues and deficiencies with the property that the seller's agent complained to us that he was too detailed. As buyers, we were grateful for his attention to detail. He sorted out what were real issues that we wanted to have addressed by the seller before closing - like roof and electrical deficiencies - and what were issues that could be credited at closing and addressed later. After the initial inspection, the seller had to replace the roof and fix some electrical deficiencies. Randy went out for a re-inspection and determined that all of the electrical issues were not resolved. It was a long process, and we were so grateful to Randy and his team for seeing it through with us. Thanks Randy and A-1 Pride Team!

A-1 Pride has been there for us throughout the years. From the purchase of our home in 2010 to our most recent experience with Termites. A-1 Pride provides a quality service at a fair price. Randy is a likeable person whom often spends extra time with us whenever service is needed to catch up on life events. Mary (Whom works in the office) has always been wonderful and delightful. A-1 Pride has an extensive network for services not provided by them. It always a good idea to give A-1 a call to explain the problem so that you can be refereed to someone they know well and trust. As long as I'm in South Florida A-1 Pride will always be called upon. I doubt you'll have a better experience with another company.

Randy, was punctual and very knowledgeable with his home inspection. He was referred to me by two other friends and he did a very reliable job. His price may be a bit high but he did work with me on several reports that were needed by my insurance company to help me lower my property insurance. He gave me a lot of ideas on how to resolve possible issues that he noted in the inspection and took his time to give me a visual idea of what he was talking about during his review of my home. Overall i would definitely use him again for any other service he offers. Very easy to work with and speak to.

THEY CAME OUT ON TIME. I THOUGHT THAT THE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS A LITTLE CONDESCENDING. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WENT OVER THE HOUSE WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB.
