+ -1 moreMy property is used for short term rentals Another HVAC company did a poor job of maintenance on my unit. Their work may have contributed to the failure of the system. They had quoted me a higher than necessary price with no alternatives of scheduling replacement. RAM-Z was recommended by one of my neighbors. They came in, cleaned up the mess the other company left and kept the system going until I could schedule repairs. They were sensitive to the fact that dates for the change over and Building Inspector were limited. They met all my expectations and did so a price lower than the quote from the previous HVAC contractor.

+ -1 moreThey were awesome. They looked, diagnosed the issue and figured out what was wrong. They have the knowledge. They were very honest and up front. They identified that it was just the capacitors that needed to be replaced. Our air conditioning is running. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and very nice. Their supervisor came in to check.
Description of Work: We used Ram-Z for air conditioning. Our air conditioning went out last week.

Description of Work: RAM-Z install a complete Heat Pump HVAC System for our home replacing the old system with a 18 SEER Heat Pump, HEPA Filter and web based Thermostat. They also relocated the air handler form the floor of the garage to overhead so we could gain additional storage space. | |They did an excellent job in helping us select the most efficient system and installed it without any issues. Their price was not the cheapest however, we did not mind paying a little extra for such high quality installation and superb customer service. We have used RAM-Z in the past, November 2011 to replace our old gas pool hot water heater with a new high efficiency Electric Pool Heater and were also extremely pleased. They have also been our maintenance contact service provider and always respond within an hour or so form the time we call for service. I would recommend them over any other HVAC Contractor and we had dealt with many in the past with other homes.

+ -1 moreRam-Z has been our AC/Heating service provider for a number of years, and we had the opportunity to work with them when they replaced our AC/Heating unit in a house we just purchased. They did a great job, covered the carpets to work, scheduled work in an efficient way, had friendly workers and a reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured I understood the new system before they left.
