Lujo Floors- Cabinets & Granite

If I could give Lujo Floors a Zero I would. I went to Lujo Floors 3 times looking for floors that would stand up to a power wheelchair that weighs over 500 lbs. not including the person sitting in the chair. He assured me that the floor he sold me would support the wheelchair. We purchased the floors and had them installed. About a month later the floor began to crack and come up only in the areas where the wheelchair of a disabled VETERAN traveled throughout our home. I contacted the owner and person who sold me the floors. He came to our home and saw the condition of our floors and tried to blame it on the Professionals who laid the floors. He went as far as to have someone come to our home to have someone measure our floors. They put in the report that the floor was not level. I had an adjuster come out and take a look at the floors and he told me that the floors sold to us were the wrong floors and that the floors were too weak to support a wheelchair. We did get half of our money back after me signing some paper I felt pressured to sign. We are still waiting for the balance of our money to be returned to us, but it seems the owner is refusing to pay us our money. I can go on and on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!! We went to a new company and we now have new tile flooring installed and our floors now look so beautiful and they support the weight of the wheelchair. I don't know how anyone in right conscience could do this to seniors and disabled people.

We hired Lujo Floors/Central Florida Tile to do the following work in our home: lay ceramic tile in the entire house, remove bulkheads over current kitchen cabinets, install new cabinets and granite countertops, and install new baseboards in the entire house. Unfortunately, I would not hire them again. The tile installers did not put doors back where they belonged, and we found one of our toilet lids in a linen closet in another room after searching for a while. They also dropped the bass speaker to our surround sound system cracking it on top. Jose (the owner) told me the installers said they didn’t do it, and his compensation was not charging me for some bogus item that was never on the original estimate. The installer said we did not buy enough tile to finish the floors. I asked how much more we needed, and he said he didn’t know. I bought more tile per his request only to have five boxes of the original tile left over when they were done (plus the new boxes of tile I purchased). The workers that removed the bulkheads and installed new drywall arrived 2.5 hours late. I was told by the office that they were at Lowes getting the supplies. However, when the workers arrived one of them left because they still needed to buy the supplies from Lowes. So it was obvious someone had lied to us. They left one worker at our house to finish patching the walls. After I discovered literal mounds of spackle throughout the kitchen, the helper admitted to me that he had never done this type of work before. When I complained to Jose about it, the response was “he is just a helper”. I don’t think a “helper” that doesn’t know what he is doing should be left alone to finish a job. Jose told me he was going to come by to inspect the work on a specific day. After waiting all day, I called him that night asking why he didn’t show up. He told me his phone had died so he wasn’t able to call me. The soft-close hinges we requested were not initially installed on our new cabinets. Jose’s excuse was the hinges were “optional”, and I reminded him that we told them we wanted that “option” on three occasions including when we initially placed the order. I had to call multiple times for updates on getting the hinges installed after the work was done. I was given another excuse that the wrong hinges were sent causing more delays. Our floors, cabinets, countertops, and baseboards look great now that the work is done. However, I cannot say that I trust Lujo Floors after the multitude of problems and excuses over a six-week period.

My master bathroom was nothing to brag about until Lujo Floors remodeled it. It went from an ordinary bathroom to something one seeing inside a luxury home.

Lujo floors remodel my kitchen and bathroom floors. Everything came in on time and received good customer service that helped the entire process go smoothly.We love our new kitchen, everyone was very professional and helpful, they even help me with the kitchen design. we're extremely please with the work done. i will definitely recommend Lujo floors.
