+ 1 moreIt took him over two weeks to give me a copy of the contract that I signed. I requested it several times. It also took me a couple of weeks to get some references from him. It looked like he just wrote it up himself. He used his own people for the lawn and the pool services. I did not like the way they were cutting the grass, so they re-cut it. They did not even edge the yard. After the first few weeks, they did not show up anymore. I emailed him and requested to end the contract and requested a partial refund. I continued to contact him, and he stopped responding to me. I finally sent a report to the Better Business Bureau. He then contact me and finally send me the check for the partial refund.
Description of Work: He provided me with property management services.

+ -1 moreI'm very happy with English Rose Homes & Management Service. The company does what they say they will. They are punctual and the quality of their work is good. I trust them to take care of my property when I'm in New York.
Description of Work: English Rose Homes & Management Service services our pool which is in ground and the interior is waterproof marcite. We pay them annually for their service.
