Description of Work: Complete replacement of Air Handler and Condenser unit. Relocated air handler from hanging in the garage to a suspended platform in the attic, due to the larger size of the new unit, plus added a second return for better air balance. A 4-man crew worked from 9 am to 6 pm, but got everything done in one day!

Description of Work: The B rating is an average. We had their twice a year check ups and on the August 2015 check up the service person did not pick up on the fact that our thermostats were not connected to the correct zones (downstairs master bedroom was controlled by upstairs bonus room, etc.) and some ducts were not connected. However when a service person came out in October to check on why the heating unit was not working he repaired everything and got an A+! So I think it depends upon who DelAir sends out.

Description of Work: First time showed up, said I needed another part. Days later I called them asking where my part was. Part was on order, they'd call. Called them again few days later and was told part was in but other customers were ahead of me. I was w/o A/C for 11 days. Finally showed up, technician had accident in my garage, doing damage to my car and ceiling. Said they'd have ins call me. No calls again. Finally got ahold of someone and was told ins would call. 2 weeks until I received a call. They just ignore you.
