Proactively provided verification of insurance and license info with the initial quote. On the day of the job, they came out to home and immediately began work. Very pleased with end result.

He came and gave estimate and time to return to do job. He was prompt and completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up after. The tree canopies were raised and branches were removed from near the rooftops. Over a year later and both trees are doing great.

I called to get a quote, and Steve Briggs came out and gave us a quote. I received several other quotes from other companies as well. I choose Briggs for several reasons. He was very personable during the time he was here for the quote. He also explained in detail on how they would remove the trees. He was the only one the gave us a info folder explaining about his company, and insurance coverages. He sent us a email the same day as he said he would with the quote as well. They showed up as promised and got to work. The whole crew was friendly. I had noticed that while they were working that they all got along and were laughing and joking around with each other as well. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Very professional group. They took the time to protect the pool cage screen. Steve Briggs was the one up in the trees doing the cutting. He was very quick doing the cuts but skilled and careful on where stuff fell. After they were done, they cleaned up, and you couldn't even tell they were here other then the mounds left over from the stump grindings which is normal. The whole job took them about 3-3-1/2 hours. Highly recommend Briggs Tree Service. I plan on using them again in the future for a few more tree removals.

Briggs did a great job removing a queen palm from my back yard. When I called I spoke directly with Stephen the owner. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate. Once I made the decision to go forward with the removal of the tree, they were out the next day to cut down the tree, remove and haul away all debris and grind the stump 4 to 6 inches below ground grade. I have another tree I need removed and will definitely be calling them again.

We have used Briggs on two occasions over the past 15 months. Steve Briggs is a knowledgeable, dependable and very professional person. We have always been more than satisfied with his work and pricing. I would recommend him to anyone in our area needing this type of service.

He was very accommodating and polite. The other fellas that he had working with him were all very nice, as well. He was very capable and trustworthy, and left me with no worries. Everything went swell and nothing went wrong. I am extremely happy with his service. If I do decide to get a tree, I will use him and not think twice about it.

Steve came out and gave an estimate of the tree work needed and was professional and courteous. He proactively provided all insurance and licensing information, and his estimate came in the lowest of the companies I contacted. After contacting him to move forward, he was able to come out the following day and his crew did a great job! They took care of everything while I was at work, and when I got home the tree looked fantastic, the lawn was in great condition, and I could see my whole house for the first time in five years!

Steve's group did a great job. They were right on time, & completely removed all brush. Highly recommend them!! They also gave a senior citizen discount of 10%.

Steve Briggs was professional from the bid process until the end of the job. His team was punctual and cleaned up the yard after they left. I would highly recommend him.

It took several days for us to connect due to work schedules, but once we connected, Steve Briggs made an appointment with me to come and see what needed to be done. He arrived on time, looked at all the things I thought needed to be done, and he described in detail what his recommendations were. We agreed on a price and a date. His workers were here on time, and they did a very complete and professional job; what was agreed to was exactly what was done. They took their time and made sure that the job was done right. I would hire them again!

Contacted Briggs on 8/12/13 about trimming a tall palm tree in from of my house. I was asked to take pictures of the tree and sent it to Steve by text and to include my email address. I sent him the pictures and he provided me with an estimate by email on 8/15/13, along with copies of his insurance information and company tax receipt. I responded to Steve to go ahead with tree trimming. Since we were not in a rush, we waited for him to be in the area. He contacted me by text and arrived to my home today (8/21/13). My husband use to trim the tree, but it grew too tall for him to do it himself. The tree looks clean. Steve and another gentleman cleaned up the front yard and left no trace of any trimmings. We will be sure to contact them again next year and the years to come to trim our tree annually. Great job Briggs!

The guys arrived early on the agreed upon day and performed the work in a very quick and professional manner. They cleaned up the majority of the wood chips left over from the stump grinding with very little debris remaining.

They were great. They came and did it quickly, cleaned up, and we even had a nice little chat about entrepreneurship and integrity, which they have a lot of.

I sent 2 request to the web site had been quoted a price which I thought was great and then tried to make contact to set up a time to do the work, Attempted contacts occurred in may june and july and never heard back. Left phone messages and emails and still no contact. It has been very difficult to find someone to grind the 2 tree stumps in my front yard.

He arrived when he said he would be here. He did a wonderful job. He also cleaned up afterward as well.

He gave me a price of $350.00 and threw in an additional stray stump for grinding at no extra cost. He was very knowledgable and I would certainly have used them, had one of my wonderful family members not decided to handle taking care of the removal themselves.

Brigg's Tree Service came out and cut down their tree; ground up the stump; and replaced the hole with dirt and sod. They did a very professional job.

He came over and gave us and estimate and the date he could do the job. He arrived on time and took his time trimming the tree. After he was finished made sure we liked it and took all the branches. Left the place completely clear in beautiful.

Excellent customer service. Prompt response to initial contact for estimate. Very knowledgable assisting to determine what to trim, the health of the trees and which trees needed to removed. Arrived on scheduled day, work efficiently. Very observant and considerate in moving items away from work area. Clearly skilled in managing large trees and limbs safely. Work team cleared branches, including raking and blowing areas clean. Very friendly and easy to work with.

They came out and gave us an estimate (much lower than the other three we had) and arranged a date to do the work. They showed up, did what they needed to do, and cleaned up everything. Their stump grinder was broken but they came back to grind the stumps when their machine was fixed. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, professional, and hard-working. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Steve Briggs came to give an estimate for the work I wanted done after I emailed him (based on reviews - not on Angies List as I wasn't a member then). He was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable in discussing what needed to be done. He gave a detailed written estimate (as opposed to another estimate I received hand written on the back of a business card). We set a date for the work to be performed. I wasn't going to be home that day and asked if I needed to meet him at the end of the day to give a check. He said I could send a check upon work completion. Fly by night companies will make you pay up front. When I arrived home after the work was completed I was thrilled with the job. Trees looked great and there was no evidence at all of a major tree cutting job. They cleaned up wonderfully. I would highly recommend Briggs!

We used them a couple of times. They were really reasonable and they did a good job. They are very prompt and very reasonably priced. They did a good job. They go way up the tree to do the job. They do a good job and they always do well. We will use their services again in the future.
